G & J Heating & Cooling

G & J installed our initial heating and cooling when we built our house 35 years ago. They are the only company we have called for service and repairs since that time. They have always gotten back to us within an hour and come out that same day. More times than not they have with them what they need to do the repair and the issue is resolved quickly. They have also replaced our furnace, a/c and hot water heaters. We would not think to call anyone else for our HVAC needs.

I called because I have a cracked heat exchange under warranty that was purchased from someplace else. After leaving a few messages and playing phone tag, I was finally able to connect with them. The guy that called me was professional and courteous at first but quickly went downhill after finding out why I was calling. After giving me a quote 3x higher than another place and telling me he was a few weeks out, he told me he had a call on the other line and hung up.

My furnace stopped working late on a Saturday night last winter when the high and low temps were in the single digits. G and J Heating came out and had it fixed in less than an hour.
