These guys are next level! They came in 15 minutes, and we soon found out we needed a new furnace. They came the next morning and put it in. They were kind and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for fast service and quality work, you need to call them.

We had a leak with our water heater. We called in the morning and within an hour we had a repair man at our house. We eneded up needing a replacement and the job was finished by the afternoon. Joshua E and Aaron were so helpful. They did a great job!

Reliable did great job both times they have come out so far. This last time was a tune up (very affordable btw), and technician looked everything over, told me a couple little things that would be coming up in the future, told me about adding a surge protector, which I decided to have installed. We've had bad experiences with a certain company that has lots of puppies on their billboards lol... they were waaaay too high pressure and I felt like I was in a sales system. Reliable gives the best advice they can and has saved us tons of money, while working with our DTE warranty. We really appreciate everyone we have worked with here.

The salesman was very professional and gave me the exact details and options. The service tech was very polite and professional. I trust this company as they have integrity and honesty which is not always easy to come by.

From the beginning it was as if I was being taken care of by family. They treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I was shocked to see the condition that my AC unit was in and how much it took to get that old unit replaced. These gentlemen took their time and what was supposed to have been a 3 hour job ended up being an 8 hour job.
Not only did they do a fantastic job but they also came in at just over half of what I was quoted by other companies!

We are finishing our basement and needed air ducts, vents, a bathroom fan, and cold air returns installed. We knew this this portion of the remodel was not going to be a DIY job by any means. I was referred to Reliable by a friend of mine who sent them my contact information per my request. Within 5 minutes I received a message from Tom Mellema asking how he could help! He was able to come to our house the next day for a consult and we received a detailed quote that afternoon. I was also impressed that they were able to start the job the very next week. They completed the extensive work in less than 2 days, left no signs of a mess, and the price was very fair. Reliable Heating and Cooling did such an excellent job from the quick and competitive quote to the timely service and excellent professionalism. The installers arrived a few minutes early, walked us through the job and asked if we had any questions. They were very clean and completed the job early. They swept and the area was like they were never there. The installers then walked us through the job completion and what would need to be completed once the area was dry walled. We will recommend and us Reliable Heating and Cooling for all our projects!

The technician arrived right on time, was dressed professionally, and offered to remove his shoes or use shoe covers before entering the house. He explained the tuneup, showed me the readings, provided a new furnace filter, and made suggestions for prolonging the life of our furnace. Appointment was quick and efficient.

Joshua is a very nice person. If I had a son I would have liked him to turn out as pleasant as Joshua. He knew exactly what to listen and check for. Very professional and very personable.
