Reliable Heating & Cooling

I believe it was Tom who called me this morning at 7:30 to set up an appointment at 9 AM. I wasn't expecting them to stop by until later on today. I was so happy to see Josh promptly at 9 AM and he diagnosed the issue went back to the shop, grabbed the part, and we're up and running. It's been a while since I've been this pleased with any type of service and would recommend Reliable to anyone, anytime. Thanks again for a great job guys and I'll be in touch when I need that gas conversion. Thank you a ton!

Jordan and Chris were absolutely amazing at explaining everything to me, they were very kind and considerate. I highly recommend to anyone who needs work done.

Aaron has been to my house on a couple different calls and he is always professional, on time, and clearly describes what service he has performed at the time. When he comes in our house he is great with our 2 dogs, makes sure to put his shoe protectors on right away, and gets right to work. I can confidently go about what I was doing and let Aaron do his thing without worry. I would hire Aaron 1,000 times over and wish he could service all of the appliances and equipment in my house lol. Not every business has an Aaron. Reliable is lucky.

Our furnace died early Saturday morning and someone from Reliable Heating and Cooling was able to come that morning and determine the issue. They left us with a few space heaters to get us through the weekend and came back early Monday morning to replace our furnace! Very easy to work with and let us know what was going on and what needed to be fixed/replaced. Will definitely use them next time we have issues with hearing or cooling!

Problem located and resolved in less than an hour. Very friendly and explained everything well. Also recommended and informed of upgrade to system available without being pushy. Josh was very pleasant to work with.

Tuesday they came and diagnosed the problem with my furnace. My furnace was thirty-five years old and the money to repair it was not worth it. On Wednesday the salesman was out and quoting us a new furnace. By Friday it was installed and they applied the cost of the service call to the new furnace. The service was great.

Had the team replace a water heater about a year ago and barely knew they were here! Did the job so fast and also to the utmost quality. One year later, for a quality check, everything looked good on the water heater and they also helped me with a complementary fix on the furnace to get it running better! Their attention to detail is amazing combined with their personalized touch makes this company a great choice!

My A/C was not working as well as it should be. I told them my daughter has health problems and does not breathe well in the warm weather. They were able to send a tech out with in 1/2 hour and get it functioning properly. Very very thankful!

What a great organization! I utilize them through the Ottawa county Weatherization program; quick and efficient service every time. So appreciative of the whole Reliable Team!
