This company was FANTASTIC to work with! Lisa, Kenton, Chase, and Armando were all super friendly, honest, efficient and hard-working. Our warranty with American Home Shield covered our old furnace which had started smoking and leaking CO. After assessing what was going on, Kenton ended up turning it off and leaving us with some nice heaters. Lisa managed to get the process expedited with AHS to get our furnace replaced quickly so we didn't have to wait a whole week in a cold house waiting for a new one which would have otherwise been the case. Of course furnaces always die in the middle of winter, right? We ended up asking for a humidifier and AC coil to be installed as well, which they were able to install right along with the new furnace, with an AC unit to follow this spring. Everything they did looks professional and works great and they did a nice job cleaning up when they were done. We're thrilled to have heat again! Looking forward to working with Reliable again in the spring when our AC condenser gets installed. THANK YOU!!!!!

Reliable heating and cooling went above and beyond for us. We switched over from fuel oil to natural gas, they installed the new boiler for us, we are very pleased with the communication for Tom and Lisa they both always kept us updated and answered any and all questions. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful, we will be using reliable heating and cooling for all of our future heating and cooling needs. Thanks again guys

We moved recently and had a contractor finishing a room in our basement. A cold air return and register for heat was needed and he needed it done in a timely fashion before running extra wiring, putting up drywall etc. I called the HVAC companiy that we have used for over 30 years (2 new furnaces, addition of AC and semi-annual maintenance in that time period). I called 3 times in 5 days, spoke to a rep each time and was promised an answer without EVER getting a call back, though I told them this was something needed as soon as possible. Meanwhile, our contractor recommended Reliable. They came to assess the next day. Got the estimate same day by email. The job was done 2 days later. Guess who our new HVAC maintenance contract went to? They have since come to do the first furnace check after cold weather started, were knowledgeable and had some great ideas to help us be more comfortable in this new home. We never did hear from our long-time provider. Disappointing, but we are very glad to be connected with Reliable!

My furnace would not stay on and I was without heat! I called Reliable Heating& Cooling and explained what problems I was having. Lisa listen to me and she check with her husband kenton was nice,honest and informative. He told me what was going and showed me the problems.
