They put a new furnace in my old house. It was amazing! Great service! I also had them come out to my current home last summer because my AC went out. Quickly repaired and the prices are very good.

When our A/C went out we called West Michigan Heating and air conditioning.
They gave me a couple quotes on a few different units. After accepting one of the quotes they got us in ahead of schedule, showed up on time, and got the job done quick and efficiently! They cleaned up after them selves and left the house like they were never there. Great communication and easy to work with. As well as a very friendly and helpful staff!
I highly recommend their services when I’m need! They will not disappoint.

West Michigan Heating and Air Conditioning saved the day. Our 30 year old furnace finally died Saturday night. After a few cold nights we called around 7:15 Monday morning and they had a team at our house by 8 AM. They diagnosed the problem gave me a price and we decided rather than continue to let our furnace limp along we wanted to replace the whole unit. They came up with a fair price and the very next day were here at 8 AM installing. Through the moon happy with the service and hands down the best customer service in West Michigan.

Today we had a great crew from this company install a new HVAC system for us. They were professional and kind and a pleasure to have in our home. We were thankful for how fast they got out to help us and were a great provider! Very thoughtful, clean and efficient. I highly recommend them! Very professional, furnace was put in the next day. They brought over portable electric heaters for us to use overnight. Very impressed 👍.

During an annual inspection a problem was found with my A/C system. The technician Tyler was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. After the repair, a small problem developed. West Michigan Heating and Cooling was extremely responsive and took care of the problem immediately. Could not ask for more. Small er company that knows how to treat a customer, which in todays World where good service can be difficult to find, I found so refreshing. Highly recommend West Michigan Heating & Cooling.

WM Heating & Air Conditioning treated me very well every step of the way. I received 4 quotes for my furnace, AC, and humidifier replacement. The other companies all tried to upsell me on units I didn't need and marked up their equipment/install much more than WM. WM was the best value and did a great job explaining to me how the process worked. They were hit by COVID pretty bad a few months ago, and they had a couple commercial jobs where they allocated a good portion of their workforce, so my install was a few weeks after I received my quote. This wasn't ideal, but they worked with me by sending out a technician a few times to make sure my furnace was still operating properly (it was on its last leg), and he even fixed my humidifier for the time-being, all for no charge! They just completed the install yesterday, and they sent a follow up email to me this morning to see if I had any other concerns and to remind me to schedule an inspection as that is custom in this business. Very kind people who treated me right for giving them my business. Definitely a great company to service your HVAC needs!

Outstanding service from start to finish. My heater went out at 6:00pm so I gave them a call and heard back within 10 minutes. I spoke with one of their technicians, Tyler. He spent a half hour on the phone with me, walking through some potential issues to see if it was an easy fix. They could have easily made it seem like I would never be able to fix it myself, just to be able to charge me to come out for something simple. We set an appointment for 1:00pm the next day.

The next morning I got a call that they had heard I had no heat and wanted to make my call a priority. They offered to shift some things around so they could come early which I thought was awesome. Luckily it wasn't a life or death situation so we stuck with the original time.

Tyler, who I had spoken with the night before was at my house when he said he would be, walked me through what the issue was, pointed out some things that I could to to prevent similar problems, and even helped with installing a new thermostat. All the while he was very professional and courteous.

I can't recommend these guys enough. If you ever find yourself with any heating or cooling issues, this is the company you want to call.

My air conditioner quit working. I posted a request for service on the web site about 8 PM. At 8 AM the next morning I had a call from the company. A courteous technician was at my house working on the AC shortly after 9AM and the worn out part was replaced before 10AM, all for a reasonable cost.

Hired this company to install a whole house humidifier. The customer service was amazing not just from the office but the technician too. They were on time and very professional. Not only took the time to answer questions and show you have everything works. Would highly recommend using them.
