Had a small gas leak for a property I was helping a friend sell and we found out late last night. We reached out to Reliable H&C and Derrick was over first thing in the morning. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions with a smile. Derrick was a rock star. Will absolutely call him again. Bravo

I had a system malfunction on Sunday evening December 12, 2022 on my Carrier Infinity ICS purchased in 2008.I am a first time caller to Reliable. Marty called me back and had his Tech dispatched at 8 AM the next day. The unit had failed and was dangerous to use. He had a new system by the next morning. They installed it and I was completely satisfied with their service and response time. I overwhelmingly recommend Reliable and will be using them from now on.

We contacted Reliable Heating and Cooling Friday morning (2/11/2022) after waking up freezing and immediately noticed our furnace was no longer working. Within a few hours of our call, Derrick from Reliable was at our home thoroughly examining the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable which made it easy for us to trust his diagnoses and the options available. Our furnace is original to the house so we knew this day would come and made the easy decision to replace it.

Derrick and his colleague Jared were back the next morning (yes, on a SATURDAY) to install our new furnace. My husband and I were blown away by their willingness to help as the nights were dipping below 20 degrees. Both Derrick and Jared did an amazing job, they were considerate of our home, very professional, the install is beautiful (yes, a furnace and new thermostat can be beautiful) and they made sure we understood the workings of our new furnace before leaving. They truly came to our rescue and saved the day!

It's hard to find a company these days that truly cares about their customers and can stand behind their work. We are now customers for life and will not use anyone but Reliable for any HVAC issues moving forward. We're already planning to replace our A/C unit (its also old) very soon and we know who we will be calling! Thank you Reliable, Derrick and Jared!

Was very happy with the quick response. Derrick had my AC up and running again within the hour.

Reliable has installed and maintained our last 2 furnaces and AC. Our experience with them has been great. Just yesterday we had an issue with our AC. I talked to Marty and he said he'd have someone out the next day. They even were able to accommodate us with an afternoon call. Derrick arrived promptly on time and had us up and going again in 15 minutes (bad capacitor on the condenser unit fan motor). With the prediction of high 90 temps, we were so thankful to have AC working again.

The AC condenser unit's (the outside unit) blower fan was not turning on. Also heard a "hissing noise". It was going be a VERY hot day! I called the number on their website at 7:04 AM on Monday and left a message. Marty returned my call at 7:47 AM to let me know that Derek was going to show up by 9:30 AM. He was here as promised, and he diagnosed that the fan's capacitor had gone bad. The "hissing" noise was the refrigerant high-pressure bypass valve that was activating from overheating as a result of the inoperative fan. The capacitor was under warranty, so we only paid for the labor. Derek also checked the refrigerant pressure levels.

We have been a long-time customer since the1990's, and have known Marty, Ralph, and Derek for several years. They are all terrific to work with!

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and knowledge of technicians Marty and Derek and office administrator Sarah. I’ve used them many years for seasonal maintenance, prior to using them for my HVAC installation. My AC went out during the hottest week of the year and Marty came out the next day and got it running for me while giving me time to get bids. I called them back 2 days later to schedule them to replace my HVAC system and Marty came out the following day to install a part to get me through the weekend until they could complete the HVAC installation that following Monday. They went above and beyond to ensure my home was kept cool in the interim, when temps had topped 100 degrees, and were very patient with all of my questions. They were very responsive, kept me updated and showed sincere concern for my needs, as well as having a reasonable price for their system replacement. I will continue to use Reliable for all of my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Have been with them for more than 10 years. They provide exceptional service...from the time they call to remind you about setting an appointment to the actual service day. Derek (and all their other technicians) are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and open to listening to questions and pay attention to details. Never had a problem with anything. We had a emergency water leak problem with our AC unit in the basement of our recently purchased condo. Called Reliable and Derrick was there within a couple of hours. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Derrick quickly found the problem and repaired it. He also checked the system overall, pointed our some concerns and answered all my questions. I can't say enough about how satisfied we were with Derrick and Reliable Heating & Cooling! We would definitely recommend them!!! Thanks again!!!!

We wanted to thank everyone at Reliable for their wonderful service. We did a lot of research prior to replacing our 15+ HVAC system and finally settled on Reliable. We have been glad we did.
