First time using Morris Heating & AC to get my systems serviced. It was an excellent experience beginning with a quote from Caitlin and a detailed breakdown of what the service included to the service appointment with Steve. Steve was very professional and provided answers to all the questions I had about my system. Will definitely be using them for all future Heating and AC needs.

Lead installer Manny was a pleasure to have around the house for the four days. Among his many talents and traits: an engaging personality, a willingness to explain in detail each step of the work, an engineers mind to envision best solutions to challenges, a keen eye for detail and a desire for everything to be the best it can be.

The entire process from scheduling to servicing was quick and easy. Peter was very friendly and professional during the maintenance. He answered all of my (many) questions, and provided much needed advice on how to maintain and utilize the HVAC system. I would strongly recommend this service.

My furnace stopped producing heat on a cold Friday night. Matt arrived earlier than initially promised when I called the next morning. He was polite, efficient, and patiently answered my questions as he quickly got the heat going again. Excellent representative of the company.

Manny and Mario we're great! They worked hard and quickly and explained everything to us so that we didn't have any issues with our new units. They arrived on time every day and made sure we knew where they were in the process when they left. They also worked around the kids nap schedules so we didn't have to change anything about our day to day routine. Highly recommend!
