Morris Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had Morris for years for our AC and now use for the Heating System because we wanted reliable service. Heating went out on Dec 30th. Called and although they were down on people due to time of year were able to have one of their service people who was very knowledgeable of our system come out and fix the issue. Back up in 2 hours. Thank you!

We have had a fantastic experience with the contractors you sent to our home. Manny and Riley were professional, courteous, clean, and respectful of our space. They were knowledgeable and showed us everything they did - the work was impeccable. They took the time to make sure we knew exactly what work was being done, and how they installed everything. Good help is hard to find, and I hope this message reaches Manny and Riley. They were amazing.

Morris installed a new mini-split A/C for us. The price was great, the installation was quick and flawless, and everyone involved was knowledgeable friendly and professional. We highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome. We had Alex H. and Brian D. for installers. We just had them complete a 2 zone mini-split installation in our 1850s house. They showed up on-time (7am) and worked very fast and efficiently. The install took about a day and half. That included mounting the mini split heads, condenser outside and running electrical/hvac lines inside conduit. They did a really good job, everything looks neat and professional and they cleaned up everything when they left. The conduit looks great and just looks like rain gutter. It's at the back of our house and we really don't even notice it. Way better than window AC units.

We're in day 2 of a 90+ degree heat wave and the entire house is cool. I wish we had gotten these installed sooner.

Sean and Mario did an absolutely wonderful job installing the mini-splits in our single-family home. We strongly recommend them to anyone because they are so highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. They care a lot about the quality of their work and truly went above and beyond. They were very efficient, maintained a clean environment, showed up on time every day, and clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process. We lost heating in January and needed quick evaluation and service. Morris heating/plumbing was able to get.a technician out quickly. Morris provided a clear explanation of what was not working and why; had all the right parts on hand and received quick service; was given a very fair and honest price; and the technician was very polite and professional. I had these guys come in and do a service on an old (new to me) HVAC system. The day after the service, the system stopped working. I was convinced the problem was coincidental and not related to the service but they came right out and addressed the new problem (which did turn out to be un-related to the service) and didn't want to charge me. I made sure to pay for the part repair at least. They did a great job and the system is working perfectly now.
I plan on using them again and would recommend them to others.

Our heating and hot water had failed on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday and Sunday we tried to track down someone who could repair it, a family member recommended Morris, we were not even customers (yet!). We got a call back Sunday saying someone would be by to take a look Monday morning. Mike arrived at 7:30am. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and was back the next day to get us back up and running. We will scheduling yearly maintenance with Morris for next year and the years to come. Mike was polite, helpful and a problem solver.

We can’t say enough good things about Morris Plumbing and Heating. We had a mini split system installed in our small house in a historic district, which is a challenge in itself! From the first call to the office to set up the appointment, it was clear this company has wonderful people working there. Chris Z was able to explain clearly what we would need and had an estimate to us very quickly. He was easy to work with and explained it so well. We appreciate his patience with our never ending questions. Everyone in the office was super helpful when we called with a question about next steps. Our install team was Adam and Dave who arrived on time and got right to work unloading a mountain of equipment. Then they gave us a timeline of the steps in the installation. They worked so efficiently and with confidence and answered a myriad of questions from us along the way. At several points they would ask us if we agreed with how everything would look once it was put into place. Each step was done with meticulous precision and it looks better than we ever imagined. They took great pride in their work and cleaned up better than they found it! We are very grateful to Adam and Dave for the terrific job they did on our system. A huge thank you to everyone along the way we dealt with from Morris Plumbing and Heating we are beyond happy with the entire process and service we received from the team.

From start to finish my experience with Morris was first rate and seamless. I just had an air conditioner/heat pump installation done over 4 days and couldn’t have been more pleased.
The crew was so congenial, non intrusive, quiet, neat, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have around. They have already gotten 2 referrals from friends who heard me talk about my experience.
