Our heating system died in the middle of winter. Morris had our new system installed, up and running within two days. And it's fantastic.

Mike was here within an hour of the fire department leaving and had Chris Z. on his way the next morning to advise me about a replacement. The next day, Manny, Don and Sean were so professional, tidy and pleasant when they installed it.

All in all, a wonderful experience with what could have been a nightmare.

Kevin and Bobby finished the installation today. They were professional, on time, and left the installation site spotless. So far the system is working great. I have used Morris for 20+ years, and they have proven to be reliiable and responsive. It was an easy choice to purchase my new systems from them.

I am very pleased with my new Mitsubishi ductless ac/heat system so far! Chris gave a very thorough explanation of the units themselves , as well as the cost and available rebates at the first visit. I had three units installed over three days and Kevin and Bobby did most of the interior and exterior home installation with John installing the electrical panel. They arrived promptly at 7 every morning and work was done in a timely fashion with all areas cleaned up. They did a great job of explaining how to run the units and use the phone app, despite my spotty internet connection! Thank you!

Yesterday Peter our technician was a little late, but received a call from the office about an hour before scheduled arrival time and another from Peter about 10 minutes before he turned into my driveway. Once there our technician completed the service quickly and efficiently. Overall I think Morris is a high value company, but 2 quick visits for $570 seems a little steep to me. Even so I plan to be with Morris for the future.

Manny, Mario, & Kevin provided excellent service during the installation of our Mitsubishi mini split air conditioner/heat pump.The job was first rate from beginning to end. They were efficient, neat and informative. When the job was completed we thoroughly understood the system and how to operate the two different units as well as the maintenance requirements. Manny made sure we were totally satisfied with every aspect of the job, and that we were happy with the performance of the system. When they were done everything worked perfectly. The installation could not have been done any better. All exterior and interior penetrations were completely sealed. They left the work site as clean as they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend Manny, Mario and Kevin and Morris Heating & air conditioning for any of your heating and cooling needs. It was a pleasure having them here. We have lived here for 40 years and this is by far the smoothest project we have ever had done. Starting from when Chris looked at the job and gave us the estimate until It was completed it could not have gone any better.

The technician who came out was personable, and worked quickly and efficiently. To my untrained eye it appeared he was thorough and made sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly before starting the repair. There was a pricing issue that was quickly resolved by a hands on management.

Great experience with Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. Always responsive. Install of new boiler was well done. Leroy and his partner I am sorry cant remember his name were very personable responsive and kept me informed. Peter installed the new nest thermostats and was very friendly efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Made for a fast installation.

This was one of the most professional companies that I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time. Andy worked hard with us to design a system that would work well in our Massachusetts beach house as well as one that we could afford. He responded quickly to any calls or emails that were sent to him and we always felt that he "was on the job". Alex and Matt spent four days at our home installing the system. They were polite, respectful and never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were working on if we inquired. The installation looks good and although we have not yet had the weather that will test the system to the max, our practice runs indicate that this will be a fabulous upgrade to our home.

We hired Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to install a 2-zone mini split system in our 160 year old home. After our consultation with Chris, we felt very comfortable and informed with the proposed work. The install team (Matt, Alex, and others) were able to excellent job, especially in an old home with several logistical challenges. The team was professional, friendly, and took care cleaning up afterwards. The work was performed professionally and cleanly.

We had four Mitsubishi mini-split ductless units installed inside our home with two Mitsubishi compressors placed outside. Chris set up placement and was our go-to person at Morris with two on site visits. Manny and Mario did the install which took five days. We received a contract w/ estimate three weeks before the start date, delayed because of our schedule.
We communicated with Chris by cell phone, text and email, all responses were prompt and our questions / concerns were all dealt with with professionalism and a high level of expertise. Our discussions revolved around options for different units, location of units and various supply lines inside and outside the house and also scheduling. Chris was totally on the mark with all of these.
Mario and Manny were prompt, hardworking, communicative and upbeat. We have had many subcontractors doing work at the house over the years and Manny and Mario did an exemplary job. They even repaired a door to a deck which they used a lot and which I had neglected to fix myself.
We are very pleased with the system and can recommend mini-split ductless to our friends and neighbors and can certainly highly recommend Morris to do the job.
