Steve Z. was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous during a service call. Morris Heating & Air Conditioning continues to provide outstanding service. The company has been fantastic from the installation to follow-up service and maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Everyone we dealt with at this company was very polite and professional. The company gave us an install date 2 months in advance, and stuck to it. The job was finished as they quoted. The crew that did the installation (Manny and Mario) showed up on time every morning, they went out of their way to answer any question we had and were very considerate. Prior to making any major decisions they consulted with us for approval. We would strongly recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I have had all positive experiences with Morris Heating and AC..Peter came to do an annual check on my AC system today. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained in detail what he was doing. He also made sure to keep the areas he was working in clean and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend this business and Peter to do your service!

My entire experience, from making the appointment to my service call with Julin was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous and worked efficiently. He found something in my AC unit that wasn't installed correctly by a different company and after a short discussion with me, fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I had used them to do my installation in the first place.

Great service was provided by both installers Many and Blaise. They were both courteous and professional. Many was very clear on what they planned to do on the property for the scheduled two days.The equipment an installers arrived on time prepared to start the installation.
I was very impressed with their work ethic and willingness to cooperate with home routine during the install. Many gave a through explanation of the operation of the Mitsubishi System and its components. Cleanup was completed and rechecked by each other. All and all, a job very well done. Nice to know that a company out there, still does it right.

1/6 - Julin is awesome. He not only completed the maintenance on my unit but also replaced batteries in a smoke detector that I could not reach myself. He's always polite, professional and efficient.

I had come home from being away a week to find that my heat was not working. When I called the 800 number I received a return call from Matt within 10-15 min. He was able to get to my house within the next 45 min. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair the unit because a part was needed. The next morning i called Matt to find out if he had found the part. About 11 am he called me to tell me he had found the part after calling 4 companies. Needless to say I was very happy. Matt arrived about 2 hours later exactly when he said he would be there and fixed my heater within 30 min. Pleasant, professional and good follow up.

Tony C delivered the excellent service I have come to expect from Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. Tony is polite, courteous, competent, efficient and pleasant. I will continue to have my Heating and Air Conditioning maintained by your company . Heather pleasantly made the appointment when I called. I was impressed with a follow up call and a reminder of the service call and the amount due the day before the appointment.

Great team from Chris who provides estimates and answers all questions prior to work. They were in and out in 6 hours and left everything cleaner than it was when they started! We love the new air conditioning unit which has come in handy! I’ve already given 2-3 referrals as they do great work!

Extremely disappointed! Had phoned to schedule an appointment to have my central air conditioner units looked at due to not cooling effectively. I was first asked if I was on their maintenance program. I stated no and asked how much their program was. I was quoted $610.52. No thank you. I was then told well we can schedule you an appointment with a service call amount of $110.00 but you will have to wait over 3 weeks. OK. The appointment was scheduled for August 21. The Technician and his helper looked at my attic units, checked filters which were extremely clean and counted vents and return registers. They then checked some NOT ALL Vents (which some do not blow with any force). I was told I would receive my receipt for payment via email and someone else from Morris would be phoning me to come and evaluate my duct work. I contacted MORRIS after a week via their website contact form asking for my receipt. It is now 4 weeks later still no receipt and no one ever contacted me to look at duct work. Certainly glad I never signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Shame on you MORRIS thought a local town company would be better. Advice stay away from MORRIS very poor poor follow through.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: November 3, 2017 I have had a few HVAC and plumbing technicians over the years at my home and was never completely satisfied. Had an office miscommunication on the first visit from Morris Plumbing and Heating. Tim Morris called immediately, apologized and came back out to our home personally. Not only did he come out once but a second time with Mike Burns. It was clear that Tim knows duct work with his eyes closed and Mike knows furnace/boiler work above and beyond. We decided to go with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to fix our furnaces and duct work as we had heard so many fantastic things even after the minor miscommunication . Mike Burns has exceeded my confidence. He's an exceptional team member to represent Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. He is one in a million! He is highly professional, highly knowledgeable, patient with any questions, and clearly very concerned that we are happy with the outcome before he and the Morris Team leaves. Mike took care of our boiler problems and piping with ease and is also a great teacher for his apprentices. Mike also took the time to explain everything and made sure that the duct work that another Morris team was working on was up to par. Mike made sure everything was clean and picked up! He has the highest of standards and exemplifies high quality in everything he does. He goes above and beyond and that simply you can only find far and few between! Hoping Mike services our home for many years to come. Tim Morris hold onto him any way you can! Looking forward to working with all of you for many years to come!

I have been using Morris Heating & Air Conditioning for over five years and am very pleased and happy with the products they installed, the installers, and the continuous service they provide. With the twice a year pre-season service, they keep my heating and air conditioning working efficiently. Each time they arrive, i feel they go over and above to make sure everything is working well and make me a satisfied customer.
