Morris Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Have used this company to service my older a/c unit for the past few years. The first time was an emergency call that they handled promptly. I signed up for the maintenance program and received regular service from Chris N. The last few years, my machine was laboring. I got one more year, meanwhile Chris N continued to recommend replacement. I pulled the trigger this year, had an informative inspection by Chris Z, and decided to go with their proposal. The installation team of Matt and Devin showed up promptly on time ( actually even a bit early) and did a very neat job with the installation. Everything was cleaned up well after. I am now5 days into the new system, and so far everything is working great..and it is cooling efficiently and much more quiet I

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I had two bids and theirs was, by far, so much better by knowledge, customer service and price! Installation was fairly quick and they explained everything to me. Sean and Mario are really nice guys! So glad I went with them.

Had them install 2 heat pumps and 4 heads. Smooth process from start to finish. The sales guy I dealt with, Andy, is a class act - very comfortable with the give and take of negotiating, patient, and flexible. Knows the products and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Manny and Cody did the install - very polite, friendly, skilled, and excited about their product. They were even careful with my plants, which is very, very rare for a contractor.

The company was very responsive in meeting with us the week between Christmas and New Years. Joel and Leo installed the unit the next day which was New Years Eve. We installed air conditioning with Morris in a house originally built in 1790. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the scoping process. We were especially impressed with our lead installer, Manny. Whatever you are paying him, give him a raise! He deserves it. I immediately trusted him in the install, and he was excellent at answering all my questions. He always went above and beyond to make sure things were acceptable to me, not only in function but design. Manny has a wonderful and pleasant personality and is equally talented at his work. My toddler son loved him, too, and asked for him everyday. Manny’s assistant, Bobby, did an excellent job too. They were both conscious of taking care of our home during the install. They worked well as a team. If we were to do a future project with Morris, I would definitely request Manny as my go to guy. Thank you, Manny!

We have used Morris Heating & Air Conditioning for about 2 years. I have been very happy with their service. I called recently about an issue with my air conditioner. I received courteous, helpful responses by everyone. The service tech came and the whole problem was solved that day in about 3 hours from my phone call. Very Happy.

We had an excellent experience with the technician who came from Morris. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what the problem was and how he repaired it. He was also obviously conscious and considerate about cleanliness and covid safety. Highly recommended.
