Excellent experience from the start with Andy scoping out the house (inside and out) and utilizing his knowledge and his expertise to recommend how we configure 5 Mitsubishi mini-splits a/c's on 3 floors. Then came Kevin/Bobby and John to do the real work. The installation team was professional, clean, caring, on-time and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about everyone with whom I came in contact from Morris. Recommend for sure!!!!!

I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of Morris. In an addition project that has taken months too long they have been one of the bright spots! They designed and installed our system within two weeks of being called and on top of that took care of securing and moving the lines to our existing A/C system that was supposed to already have been taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for getting here promptly (even though I’m sure they’re as slammed as everybody else) every time they’ve said they would… and with the many delays my family has experienced, this is paramount. Morris Heating and Air is outstanding. What can I say about my experience with this company so far is that they define world class service. The technicians are amazing, my a/c needed Winter maintenance and the technician was at our house at 10:00am right on schedule and had the unit working efficiently within 10 minutes. I had Morris Heating and Air Conditioning come to our home to repair a system that another contractor had installed. The other contractor did a very poor install job, and after several attempts to fix the issue they basically gave up and no longer answered our calls. I called Morris and they showed up when they said they would, and repaired the issue correctly. While not inexpensive, the job was done correctly and in a timely fashion.
Fast forward a bit. We are interested in adding AC to part of our home, and naturally we called Morris. Andy arrived on time to look over the house and take notes on what we were looking to accomplish. After he left, I had the written quote in my hand the next day. While we have not decided to go forward with the project yet, I'm very confident that if we go with Morris we will have an expertly installed system that will serve us well for years. I look forward to having them as our heating/air conditioning professionals.

Manny and Mario arrived to install my furnace on time. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They explained things very clearly to me about the mechanisms of the furnace. They fixed a gas line that ran to my dryer that was not even part of the job. They cleaned up after themselves. Andy helped with rebates and suggestions to contact MassSave for financing assistance. Morris Heating & Air Conditioning just made everything a lot easier. Highly recommended!

They were prompt, diligent workers and they did their job well. We mostly communicated with Andy Previte and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy with our new Propane furnace!

My wife and I have been wanting to put air conditioning in our Colonial Post and Beam and we knew a mini split system for heat and cooling was a perfect solution that would also cut down on the woodstove use in the winter.
