Kevin and Cody did an excellent job. We have been a Morris customer since 2013 and their service and professionalism has NEVER disappointed. Chris, the sales rep was equally professional and attentive.

I only seem to have HVAC issues on the weekends LOL...fortunately Morris HVAC is always there when they are needed... (even on the weekends).

Steve (the service technician) promptly returned my call this morning, estimated when he would arrive this afternoon and was here exactly as he said. I was 100% confident in Steve's diagnosis of the issue and his recommended fixes for both the short term needs and longer term plans of the system. He was cautious to not do too much too quickly today if the end game was a system replacement in a few months. He advised us as if he was spending money from his own pocket. Kudos to Morris for having top talent and thanks to Steve for your expertise today.

We look forward to calling you soon for the "big job" in the Fall.

June 2020: Once again stellar, prompt service from Steve and the Morris Team. Immediate call back as promised from the office on Monday morning. Tech arrives within moments of promised time. Repair done quickly and professionally. And Steve is super nice to our overly friendly dog. Thanks all, appreciate the quick fix.

As I said above, we selected Morris for the "big job", maybe a little sooner than the Fall!!

Not long after Steve's visit in June, we had to have Pete come back out to the house as the situation persisted. Pete found the problem and was forced to deliver the sad news our AC was limping along and may not run for long. Pete was patient and professional. He promptly set me up with Chris Z to visit the house and provide options. Chris was on time, highly professional and provided outstanding communication. He helped us find a system we wanted within our budget, thank you Chris.

Install was today and it was just as good as every previous Morris experience. The team was Joel, Alex, Steve and Pete (service tech who had some spare time today). Everyone was on time (7am sharp), courteous, clean (used booties and laid drop cloths) and professional. Just an overall excellent experience. I couldn't be happier with the overall process. I'd highly recommend Morris to anyone in need of HVAC work, repair, install, etc. Very well done - thank you all. Chris

Manny and Mario are the best! Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent, and their communication with me throughout the project was informative and extremely helpful. Their installation was neat and tidy and they reviewed everything with me, every step of the way. They did a fantastic job! On top of all that, they are both pleasant, courteous guys! Ask for them!!!

Every aspect of working with Morris has been a positive experience. Andy was extremely helpful in both choosing the right equipment and in getting the heat loan and rebates that I wanted. Manny and Mario were a perfect team. Very respectful of our home, my famiiy and our dogs. Manny made thoughtful suggestions for improving the installation. Both Manny and Mario worked tirelessly outside, in the cold November weather, and always showed up on time with enthusiasm and a smile.

Sean did an excellent job of installing our air purification system! He was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable about the system, as I had many questions and he answered them all for me!
He was friendly and courteous so you might want to clone him!!
I have to give him five stars for the excellent customer service!

Manny and Bobby were great. They were punctual, friendly, and attentive. They laid down drop cloths to keep our floors clean and the final product was neat and tidy. This was an add on to a system Morris installed at the end of 2017 and we have been very satisfied with the entirety of the project. Would absolutely recommend and rehire them in the future.

Last week, Peter and Steve were here to check on the condition of my hearing system. They were very thorough and professional - which I've come to expect from Morris Heating. THANK YOU!

Peter also noticed that my thermostat needed to be replace so he installed a new thermostat and made certain that I knew how to operate it before he left. I've come to depend on Morris Heating at least twice a year - once for heating - once for air conditioning - and I'm NEVER disappointed!!

This is one of the hottest summers..but I wouldn't know it now that I have installed room by room cooling with Morris Air Conditioning in Ipswich, MA. My girlfriend recommended them after her installation and I negotiated a great price with them. I had three single units installed and one double unit inside and two units outside. It was a complicated installation because of the shape of the house...but Morris Air worked all the details out and the outside of the house looks beautiful. The installation took 3 days and I was very impressed by my installers....Blaze and Johnny. Both have been doing installations for some time and they did everything perfectly. Both inside and outside was free of debris and Johnny always asked my advise before drilling holes..Before leaving, they explained the use and care of the systems. Within minutes the rooms were cooled. The system is quiet and easy to operate. The coolness is different than window systems...it's more even and the air seems fresher. After sleeping in this air conditioning I woke without being stuffed up and felt very refreshed. For the first month I used the system 24 hours a day and on a cool setting. My electric bill for the month was only slightly higher. I was amazed! I can't wait to try out the heating portion in the winter....and save on my oil usage. Morris Heating and Air was always there to answer my questions and they even filed my registration. The filled out my rebate form which I sent in. I can't say enough about this company. I am happily recommending them to all my friends.

The people at Morris Heating & A/C are very friendly and professional. I called for an appointment to have our Clubhouse rated for air conditioning units and Heather set things up for me immediately. She was very pleasant and friendly over the phone. I met with Chris who arrived on time for our appointment to see what we needed to get our Clubhouse set-up for A/C. He was professional and honest with me. I'm looking forward to working with Morris Heating & A/C in the future.

During routine maintenance of my air conditioning system the technician gave me I received an honest and fair appraisal of the efficiency of my 23 year old system. It used the old R22 freon and it was low. They could have topped off the system and charged me for the old expensive R22 but they advised against it considering how inefficient it was operating. A couple of weeks later Andy came out and gave me a proposal to upgrade the entire system. The price is what I was expecting but considering it's already late August, I'll wait until next April and call Morris Heat & Air to install a new and more efficient system.

Today Morris Heating & Air Conditioning installed a whole new system. My installers were Kevin, Bobby and Leo. They were very professional, thorough and cleaned up everything when they finished. They briefed on the new system and its operation. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and will recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing maintenance or upgrading old systems.
