Steve Z. with Morris HVAC was very polite, professional and thorough. He made sure everything was clean and organized and provided some good information on some cost saving tips. Exactly what I have come to expect from Morris! Great company with great people!

Today, Morris Heating & AC conducted the annual review of our three AC systems. The same technician performs the service each year, and he is highly professional, reliable, hard-working and a good communicator. He cycled all three units in cool mode, replaced the filters, tested and cleaned the drain lines, cleaned the coils, tested the thermostats and checked the refrigerant charge and operations. My wife always says about him: "Wouldn't it be nice if all the contractors working on our home were as knowledgeable and reliable as he." (I have not mentioned his name since I do not have his permission to do so.) Charlie Claeys

Christos performed a routine service on my 18 year old heating system today. I like when Morris sends out a technician they send someone who has been here before and knows my older system. He was friendly, efficient and took care of business in a timely manner. He always gives me a clear review of my system's condition and what we need to keep an eye on. I trust I'll have another care free heating season but, if not, I know I have the right people to make it right!

After a suboptimal experience with 2 other companies, Morris Heating and Cooling were great! Greg was very responsive and friendly and sent out Christos within 2 days. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, provided quotes and options. Couldn't be more satisfied, considering the 21 yr old system I'm dealing with!

Sean & Cody arrived on time and on the date scheduled to install a Mitsubishi ductless A/C. They did a great job and we are very happy with the system. We definitely recommend this company.

Joel is awesome. Joel and Kevin showed up right on time to install my new furnace. They had the job completed before I returned home at 3:30 and you would have never known anyone was there except there was a new furnace where the old one used to be. Before the installation phase I dealt with Andy P who came out and explained the different options I had for heating my home. He too came out on time and even came back with Joel to check into a question I had. Andy also helped me with Mass Save and worked with getting my quote to them for a 0% heat loan as well as the rebates for the heating system I had installed. I am extremely satisfied with Joel and Kevin and with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning.

Chris texted a personal introduction (background about him as person) announcing his arrival exactly as scheduled. He then introduced himself in person when he got to our home and explained what he would be doing and in what order. Chris performed the spring check-up on our system, made adjustments, and completed his work in about an hour. As with our installation last spring, Morris employees surpass expectation.
