Great service! I reached out on the website earlier in the week to schedule a tune-up for my furnace at my house in Newbury and got to book it all online via the chat and then email. Steve arrived exactly on time and there was even a text showing me his GPS location which was cool.

Steve was just awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing in terms of the tune-up maintenance and quickly addressed areas of concern to watch out for and ensured it was running really well before leaving. Very thorough and left me feeling very confident.

Once he left, the invoice was sent over via email and I got to pay online. Exactly as quoted the $165 for the service. Was very pleased with the service and will work with ask for Steve again next time when I do some further maintenance next year. Definitely recommend!

The professionalism and quality of Morris' products and services are top notch. We did a whole house heat pump/AC system. The installers were just the best. It was a pleasure having them in the home; clean, exceptionally professional; and the system is astoundingly efficient and silent. I can not recommend Morris enough. It's been a seamless process and a great value.

We live in an older house that gets incredibly hot in the summer and were looking at ductless systems to make it more ‘liveable’. We talked to a number of vendors but felt that Morris was the best fit. The estimate was fair and the technicians doing the installation were exceptional. Always on time, meticulously cleaned up each day, very friendly, and even wore booties to cover their feet when working inside the house (we didn’t even ask them to). Both Alex and David were fantastic - the install process was quick and painless. We’d highly recommend talking to Morris if you’re contemplating ductless work.

We had our old Ductless split system replaced with a new larger capacity unit. The team from Morris did an Awesome Job. Very professional installation! The technicians were very fast and the install came out great! They cleaned up so well that i did not have to touch anything, it was the best experience we had with an out side contractor in years. We started using Morris Heating when we first moved to our home a couple years ago, and everyone who has been to the house has been great. We feel lucky to have found them. We recently had Peter come to help with a problem, and he was fantastic. Peter was determined to find the source of a noise that was coming from our heating vents in the house. The sound was driving us crazy and we were also concerned that maybe something was wrong and would damage the furnace we had installed last spring (installed by Morris - again, amazing service) Peter explained what he was looking for, and once the problem was found to be an old duct issue, he took care to fix with care. His professional, patient, and friendly attitude, combined with his obviously clear understanding of how our entire heating system worked was really great.
I also want to add how wonderful Caitlin is - she is the receptionist and is the person who always answers the phone when we call Morris. First, she is great - listens to our questions and really helps us out with scheduling or whatever we need, and is also so patient, kind and follows through with everything. Plus, it is great to have a real person answer rather than just a recording asking you to leave a voicemail and always have to wait for a call back. With Caitlin, if you ever do have to leave a message, we can be sure she will always call back quickly.
We are truly happy we found Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

I’ve used Morris twice in the past year. First visit, they diagnosed an air handler problem that another company could not fix. They had part in stock & the problem was solved right away. Today technician Justin visited to perform seasonal maintenance on our 3 compressors w/handlers. He was on time, polite, professional & worked very hard to address all my concerns. He did a great job ! I also must compliment my email contact Caitlin. Her replies were prompt & polite. This is an A+ company & I highly recommend

Manny, Cody, Peter and Julin all did a superb job on the install. Chris was terrific in the sales process and advising us on the system to choose. All were thoroughly professional, responsive, punctual, and friendly. Work quality was outstanding. Morris Heating & Air Conditioning is among the finest contractors we’ve ever worked with. Pretty sure everyone’s biggest fear that isn’t talked about is your houses heating system failing in the winter, that’s what unfortunately happened to me. I called around and read many reviews as to which company I could have faith would give me the best service, that’s when i stumbled on Morris. I called and they managed to give me same day appointment, which was great due to me taking work off to get this situated, as well as having no heat in my home. They were commutative to let me know they were held up at a job nearby so be a little late, then when tech Steve came he was nothing but great and knowledgeable. He tried many things to see if he could get my forced airs furnace going, unfortunately all attempts didn’t work. He took a picture of my York’s serial and model number and told me he would call his shop and have them look into it for me. Shortly after he left they texted told me it was still under warranty and be back the next morning to put it in. They did just that. If you want a reliable company, thats commutative, knowledgeable, and has great techs like Steve I highly recommend Morris!

The team from Morris was highly professional and competent. They replaced an old heating system and water heater. Everything worked as promised. The equipment was sized correctly for our home. We had other construction going on. They coordinated so all the work could go on. We did a significant amount of research and interviewed multiple vendors before selecting Morris. I can honestly say that we made a good choice.
