Manny and Cody did a great job installing and explaining the workings of our new air conditioner and heat pump. They had it in and running in a lot less time than expected. Explained the workings along with the manual so we could understand completly. They were very nice as well as efficient.

I was happy that the Mitsubishi web site rated them as a Diamond Elite installer. My salesman was Andy Previte , really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process . Matt installed the unit and did a great job. Cleaned up the area when they finished. All in all from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was great. I installed three mini-splits and 2 compressors in my home. From the initial quotes to installation I was always the most important part of the sale. The employees are professional, competent and available. Even after the installation when I had an issue getting my energy rebates, Heather took over and handled the issue -I have all my promised rebates and love my Mitsubishi units. No more hauling Air conditioners!

I am writing about the professionalism of your installers Manny and Cody. They were at our home for two days this past week, and they did not disturb our family in any way. They wore booties when they had to come into the house and they moved all the furniture necessary to gain proper access to their work areas. Both men were friendly, explained the work they were doing and demonstrated the operation of the system and the remote control units.
They were excellent representatives of Morris HVAC, and my wife and I both felt comfortable with them working in and around the house.

Our central air stopped working on one of hottest days of the year. We called Morris Heating & Air Conditioning and were astounded at the level of customer service we received. Our call was greeted by extremely pleasant and customer focused office staff. Mike arrived within several hours of our call and diagnosed the cause and got the system up and running in short order. Mike is very personable and took the time to answer many questions we had showing a high level of expertise. Such a terrific experience!

I had to replace a 25+ years old central air-conditioning system. I got 4 estimates from 4 different HVAC companies and Chris Z. from Morris Heating and Air-Conditioning gave me an estimate (Lennox-18 Seer), that was by far the most competitive of the 4, by far! Chris responded to all my questions by email within one business day-very responsive.

Peter came to our home today for our biannual maintenance visit. Extremely friendly and courteous. He worked very efficiently to test our HVAC system, thermostats and clean the coils of the outside condenser. We are very happy with the service Peter and Morris Heating and Air Conditioning provides our home and family. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Tony C delivered excellent service. He was very helpful answering the questions I had. Tony arrived early for my service appointment and was very informative about the condition of my system. I plan to continue having Morris Heating and Air Conditioning maintain my system. Heather informed me of my upcoming appointment when I called and when I could expect the serviceman to arrive.

Bobby & Kevin both were extremely knowledgeable & efficient when installing my Mitsubishi AC. arrive on time and never stopped working.

The install was very professional and efficient. Kevin and Cody showed up on time and placed tarps and wore booties and vacuumed up when they left. They both explained to me what the change out involved and showed me what modifications needed to be done to do the job correctly
