The Accurate team replaced our entire A/C system and installed heat pumps. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, including with all the red tape involved in MassSave rebates and financing. Wonderful service all around!

Technician arrived within designated time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the AC. He was also very personable and professional.

Jakob performed a winter home heating inspection on our system, then explained his findings in a way we could understand. Given that our system is over 15 years old, he also presented options we might want to consider to avoid problems down the road. It was a pleasure working with him.

We recently had our A/C system replaced on what was considered the hottest day of the Summer . The attic temperature was close to 100 degrees but the Technicians Brett and Kyle remained professional and hard working regardless of the conditions. They did an amazing job and I would like to commend them both for their efforts and a job well done!

Enjoying our new Mitsubishi 3 zone mini split system installed by Accurate Heat. We really appreciated the entire team’s focus on customer satisfaction. Brian, my PM, handled all the details and answered all my questions. Kyle and Brett who did most of the on-site work were competent, friendly, and respectful of our every need. I believe one sign of a quality organization is how they handle a problem. The Accurate team responded above my expectations when a minor software programming adjustment was needed related to the Kumo Cloud/Kumo Station setup.
The whole experience was positive.
