very reliable company to deal with. always responding on time. even for early morning calls they will respond quickly and send a specialist to your place without delays or elevation of the price. I have been using Reardon's services for the last 3-4 years. always keep their number on a speed dial for AC, the digital thermostat, heating. they came to update my thermostats wiring and did it quickly without long hours of work on the site. Would definitely recommend this company to people who look for quality and honesty.

I called for service on my gas furnace as I had no heat. It was still fall so not an emergency, but two young men came out later that same day. Had to order a part and were back within a day or two. Still would not work after installing part and owner himself arrived to check things out. I ended up needing to replace the furnace which was done promptly. Competitive pricing, great guys, attentive and worked neatly and efficiently.

In 2019, we moved into a house with a 13 year-old central AC system. by 2021, at the 15 year mark, it began to fail. We called Reardon HVAC. They were very responsive and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the old system could not be repaired as it was outdated, Freon-based, and parts could not be obtained. Chris gave us a quote for a new system, and his team began installation shortly thereafter. They were professional and efficient. The new system has been great. I signed on for the annual maintenance contract. Very pleased with the service of this company.

Had a primary appointment where they checked things out and told me what may be wrong and what needs to be done. I called to make follow up appointments to fix the problem with my AC that they diagnosed. I called and waited patiently for days for calls back. I did this multiple times and never got calls back. This went on for several weeks. Ended up having to go with a different company that helped me quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. The problem wasn’t even what this company initially said was wrong with my AC, it ended up being a less expensive fix than what Reardon HVAC was going to do. I was extremely upset with this company and services and would not recommend. I’m only posting this now because I just got an email several months later asking for feedback 🙄
