I had a problem with my walk-in freezer. I have called two companies and paid lots of money and no one was able to fix it. Yesterday I called Patriot Mechanical Services, and after briefly describing the issue, they said they will have someone contact me right away. Within 30 minutes the owner himself called me and discussed the issue and understood the exact problem. One hour later a technician came to the restaurant, with a professional attitude and attire. He started searching for the problem right away, and when he explained the issue he knew what he was talking about and he wasn’t guessing like other companies. One hour later, my walk-in freezer was up and running like brand new. I highly recommend Patriot Mechanical Services. They are professionals, knowledgeable, and their charges are very reasonable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND... I am a homeowner in Wrentham. I've owned multiple homes and dealt with multiple HVAC companies in the greater Milford / Wrentham / Franklin area. In my case, AC went down and I called Patriot on a Saturday morning... The owner Jim responded in 20 minutes... He and his team are absolute professionals; Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful... I've dealt with so many HVAC companies over the years, I now have my "Go To" team. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great experience with Patriot Mechanical & in-particular Jim & Scott. I submitted a inquiry on the HomeAdvisor site received a call almost immediately from Jim to schedule a service the next day. Scott came out to run maintenance on my heating system. Scott was super professional & polite as well as informative about things to do to ensure we get the most from our system. Jim and Tom were very professional and more than fair. They went above and beyond to ensure that the right steps were taken to diagnose and repair our freezer. I highly recommend this company. The customer service level was extraordinary.
