Called them and the phone was picked up and agreed to come next day and then turned rude when I requested to see if he can come the same day to fix a burst pipe. It was a small job but with a bigger impact to me because I had to shutdown water to the entire house. The rudeness converted to no responsiveness after sending him the pictures of the repair needed. I am still out of water. I begged him requesting a time from him even if it is not the same day but next day or next week. No response to text or phone calls.

Steve was exceptionally professional and courteous—with excellent communication and responsiveness. We needed plumbing services quickly because our water heater broke—and Steve came out in the evening (after what I presume was already an exceptionally long day) to see what was happening and quoted a few options for us. If you check out his work, the welds are meticulous and the space is left tidy. He was masked at all times (CDC guidelines) and wore booties over his shoes (which was quite thoughtful).

We hope to never need him again 😂, but if we do —it’s a relief to have found someone who is operates like Steve. Thanks again, L and S Plumbing! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Disposal was rotted and needed to be replaced. Straightforward job but L&S tried to sell my wife a bunch of unnecessary extra work. Told her that all the piping under the sink needed to replaced because "whoever did it originally did it wrong" (typical line from someone trying to pump up cost) and gave an estimate of $840 (it's all plastic piping)! She luckily chose the "just replace the disposal like I asked" option for which he charged $575. The job took about an hour with parts costing ~$100 (he wouldn't tell me the labor/parts breakdown - I had to look it up). I'll do the math for everyone - that's $475 per hour! I asked him if his typical rate was $475 but got no answer. Too bad my usual plumber was on vacation. If you want an honest plumber call Franklin Plumbing & Heating.

He was prompt and very courteous. He will definitely be my go to going forward!!!
