My heat stopped working unexpectedly during this recent cold spell. Accurate was the only company that could come out on the same day. They text before arrival with photos of the technicians which I appreciated. The technician Jakob was so professional and thorough with determining the issue. He ensured my heat was working until he and the manager could come the following day, when they were able to resolve it completely. I am so grateful for the responsiveness and follow up. Thank you Jakob and James!

After moving into our first home, we unexpectedly had to replace our AC unit. Ion was on the case immediately, providing us with three different options and helping guide us toward the best choice for our needs. We decided on a heat pump to supplement our oil usage as well as provide air conditioning. Josh and Adrian installed our system for us conscientiously, efficiently, and professionally. They also replaced our ducts. Beth in the office is understanding and flexible. Everyone involved did a remarkable job of keeping me up to speed with the process every step of the way.

Highly recommend Accurate to anyone in the Metrowest area. I needed to have maintenance done on our heating system. I had been scheduled with another company a month out and they called me twice to reschedule (it was going to be at least a month later than originally scheduled). So I called Accurate and they were at our house the very next day. Johnny and Joel showed up on time, were completely professional and informative. They walked me through my options and gave great recommendations. I will be using Accurate for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Recently my heating system stopped working, Jaykob, from Accurate Baker Elman came to fix it; he was extremely profesional, very helpful, explained every detail of what he was doing and why he was changing the parts he changed. He made sure my heating system was working perfectly before he left. Jaykob truly provided excellent service at a great value. Glad I contacted them to fix my heating issue. Recommended 100%.

The furnace at my office stopped blowing hot air on a 40 degree day. I called numerous place that couldn't assess the situation for at least a week. Called Accurate and they said a tech could be out in a few hours. The tech actually came before that time frame. Got us up and running, heat blowing and fixed the issue. Very courteous and professional and the text/email updates are great! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for services!

What a great experience!! John and Joel did an amazing job servicing our heating and installing 2 Nest thermostats today. They took all the time to answer any questions we had. Really a great company and I would recommend to anyone!!
