Kyle and Brett were great! They installed our heating and air conditioning through the Mass Saves program and we love it! Beth and Derek in the office were great too. Very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Accurate!

We lost our heater this morning and after calling around we got great recommendations for Accurate. After explaining the situation (to a lovely person who was professional and personable) we were out in touch with a technician who arrived quickly, explained what he would be doing, explained the pricing and left to grab the part. A phone call later another technician came with a the part and fixed our heater. Everyone was polite and professional. I’ve found my new heating and AC company.

Our furnace stopped working suddenly on the coldest day of the year, with a snowstorm looming. We called Accurate Heat for emergency assistance over the weekend and were beyond impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. After an initial repair attempt, it became clear that the furnace would need urgent replacement, and Accurate was able to arrange the installation for the following morning, despite the ongoing snowstorm. We cannot say enough good things about Accurate Heat's customer service, technicians, and sales team and recommend them highly!

Within hours of placing the call, they sent a very professional and trained technician named James McGuigan , who identified and fixed the problem quickly.
