I do not have enough words to express how amazing working with them has been. They have been extremely helpful and responsive from coming to give me an estimate to needing help after the work was done. They care about their customers as people and not only as customers. I recommend them 1000%.

Steve did an outstanding job in servicing my a/c units.

We had an annual mini-split tune-up done. Beth (the office manager) is excellent and it was easy to set up an appointment. Beth also kept us updated regarding arrival times, which was quite helpful. The techs, John and Jake, were fantastic. They both wore masks which made us feel comfortable, gave special attention to keeping things tidy, were very polite/friendly, and made sure all concerns were addressed. Impressive service!

Steve was great. He was professional and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.

Jaykob and Steve are terrific! Helped look at thermostat connection. During maintenence Jaykob noticed dying capacitor needed replacing before it died and I watched Steve replace a rusty capacitor with new, explained everything as I watched. On time, very quick. Always does a thorough, clean job, asks if you have questions.

Accurate Heat-Air Services recently replaced one of my old Amana AC units with a new Trane system. This was my first experience with them and I’m a very happy customer. From the initial consultation all the way to installation, everyone I interacted with was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Derek was very responsive, provided great advice in system selection, patiently answered many questions I had quickly and helped select a system that truly meets my needs. Kyle and Brian installed the new AC unit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the job site. The installation looks neat and professional and the unit is fully operational. However, there’s a noticeable humming noice from the air controller. After I reported the issue to Derek, Kyle and Bret came back quickly and identified a vibrating transformer. They’ll replace it with a new one soon to eliminate the humming noice. The company communicates with customers very effectively via email, text and real-time location tracking of the technicians. I will definitely rely on them for AC services going forward and highly recommend this company to anyone.

I used both Baker Plumbing and Accurate Heating and Air about a year apart, and both are OUTSTANDING! I had excellent service from the scheduling desk to the professionals that came out to replace my hot water heater and repair my air conditioner, to Lisa in the office at Baker. They all made the issues a priorities, were reasonably priced, very professional, and were all around really just a nice company to do business with. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to all. Thank you for the Excellent Service!!!

need a new gas boiler. They sent a guy out to look at it and give me a quote. He was personable, and for the most part very professional. He did tell me the quote would not be generated that day (understandable).... Its been over a week. No quote and no response to my emails. This a red flag in my book.

Such a good experience! Our central AC stopped working during one of the hottest days of the year. Beth was so accommodating, professional, and treated us like we were family, scheduling us a service appointment with Jake. Jake was amazing and incredibly thorough and professional. He spent a significant amount of time checking everything and, while there wasn’t a smoking gun issue, Jake explained why we were likely experiencing our issue and suggested things we could do in the short, medium, and long term to improve the operation of our aging system. Jake was very honest with what he found (“your system actually looks really good”) and could have easily billed us for a service that wouldn’t have helped. I loved how there was follow up after our service call and constant communication.

We will absolutely use Accurate again, especially when it’s time to do a system upgrade!
