Just got my new heating system installed, accurate is not just the company's name, they are very professional and know what they are doing, I would like to thank everyone working for this company. Techs came on time got it done on time and left everything clean. I would recommend them for any maintenance required

Totally new heat pump system with ducts installed upstairs and downstairs. Excellent work on the project management & installation. We were concerned about working in our recently renovated downstairs. They were extremely considerate of our concerns and they did a super neat job. Johnny arrived right on time this morning. He cleaned out all the accumulated dust and pet hair from our evaporator coil. He found a giant mouse nest in our condenser coil and cleaned that out too. He took all the waste with him and left the place cleaner than he found it. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and recommended we put Mouse Busters in the condenser coil to keep the pests from returning. We're looking forward to our fall heating maintenance.

Great company and excellence customer service! I had my HVAC system changed a couple of weeks ago, it was a long process through MassSave but Brian Anderson guided me through the whole process making it easier and a great experience. The replacement was done in one day! Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate dates and times. I’ll recommend this company to anyone.
