Kyle, Brett, and Bob did an excellent job installing my new mini-split system - they arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, and their work was very neat and tidy. The absolute bare minimum is visible outside the house, and the piping in the basement/garage is also barely noticeable! They even listened to my questions about what would need to be opened up in the garage ceiling - which I assured them was not really a big deal - and they still went the extra mile to really conceal the openings.

I noticed that a piece of the furnace vent pipe was missing. I sent a pic to Beth at Accurate Baker Elman. The problem was fixed promptly and courteously. Thank you Beth!

We just got new heating and AC installed. The technicians from Accurate (Kyle, Brad, and Bob, and the electrician team) are very friendly and professional. They came on time, finished the installation quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean. I would recommend them for any installation and maintenance required.

Had an awesome experience with Johnny & Joel from the Accurate Service Team. They came to do routine system maintenance, but went above and beyond to fix a leak that had been worsening. We truly feel relieved this issue is taken care of, and would highly recommend the Accurate team to anyone!

Had central AC retrofitted into my baseboard heat house by Accurate. It involved installing all the ductwork in multiple locations in my house, meaning the crew had to be in an out of the house with my quarantining family in it. The crew of Kyle, Brett, Shawn, and Butch could not have done a better job. Completed the work in less than two days. They were a very polite, friendly, and easy bunch of guys to deal with. They were also great with my three kids under 8. The drop down ladder to my attic was broken and we'd rigged it together but the guys, for no extra charge, got some materials on had and actually fixed the ladder so it is fully functioning. The system works great. The sales process and Mass Saves loan/rebate process were also a breeze thanks to Derek, who also made sure things overall ran smoothly. Highly recommend. Great work by a great local group of professionals. Thanks fellas.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable, I recommend Accurate to service any homeowner's heating and air conditioning needs. Accurate responded quickly to my repair calls, fixing my units on the same day that I called. The company helped me through the process of replacing the old, failing units. And the team who installed the new devices took care to keep the home clean and sound when installing them.

I decided to us Accurate Heat (AH) to install my new heating and central air system after getting 5 quotes. They were not the cheapest however the price differential was limited to installing what I thought was better equipment and so far I'm very pleased! AH was professional and returned several times to review quote revisions. The installers, Kyle, Butch and Brett were more than professional with great attitudes and work ethic. They worked calmly and seamlessly throughout the day and left the work area cleaner than they found it. My compliments on a job well done. Im enjoying a comfortable 73 on a 80 degree day. So mote it be.

James was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me understand the issue and discussed several different options, I could follow up with in the future. In the interim, he has addressed the issue. I love this company and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating or AC needs. All the staff that I have interacted with have been amazing and just nice people.

James was so pleasant & professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions & explain the issues that were happening to our AC unit.
