Drew and Steve really went the extra mile for us today. We appreciate all they did especially helping us get rid of the gas range.

They are always responsive, even texted me back this freezing weekend when I had said I could wait for Monday. Very satisfied! Would highly recommend.

Recently purchased a home with a 1-2 year old Mitsubishi heat pump system (two air handlers in the attic and a mini split inside the basement and a high end heat pump unit outside) as the primary AC / Heating source and a oil burning boiler for base-board radiator as a backup heating source. The heat pump system was originally installed by Accurate Heating (HVAC side of Accurate Baker Elman). So I called the company to provide a Fall “winter” maintenance/ service check of the system. My technician Steve arrived the next day, first thing in morning. As the new owner I had a lot of questions about the system, in terms how to properly maintain it, how to best operate the system (and the merits/issues of my oil boiler based baseboard backup system which is not integrated with the heat pump controls). Steve was happy to address my questions as I shadowed him while accessing and checking the system. In terms of actual service work done, the practically new system was in great shape apart for very dirty air filters in the two hard to access attic air handlers which he walked me thru how to access & replace or clean. More importantly he took the time to discuss how best to maintain/operate the system, shared what I could easily do myself, and things to look for so I can catch or prevent problems. Steve left a happy, well informed customer and a heat pump system in great shape for the winter ahead.

I’m very pleased with the Accurate service provided by technician Steve. He was courteous and professional. He walked me through the HVAC system maintenance and explained each step with answers as needed. I will certainly recommend him to all my friends & family. Looking forward to having him come by in the late spring for AC system maintenance!

As usual, Accurate Baker-Elman is very responsive and professional. The technician showed up on time and was very efficient. He did the maintenance on both furnaces, gave me a quick summary of what he found and recommendations, and made sure to answer all of my questions.

Steve came out to do a regular service or our air conditioner today. He is pleasant, professional and courteous. He found an issue with the unit and even went back to the shop to get the parts. He didn’t leave us to just heat up. We are so happy and grateful that Accurate has employees that are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience with Steve Oskirko from Accurate. He took the time to explain things to me, acted professionally at all times and was respectful of our COVID concerns. I will definitely be signing up for their annual maintenance program.Great job!
