I have had Accurate Heat Services for my initial installation of central air conditioning, many years ago & again for replacement of my aged system.
On both occasions I have found the technicians very knowledgeable in the instillation. They were respectful of my home and careful when removing the old system, absolutely nothing left behind or damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

We had the unfortunate luck of experiencing a broken AC unit days after moving into our new home. Since the house had been set up with an outdated smart thermostat system no longer in production or service, finding someone skilled and knowledgeable enough to fix it was quite a challenge. After months of calling around to HVAC companies, one of which we had paid to mistakenly break the system further, James from Accurate came to the rescue immediately. James and Derek and the rest of the team at Accurate are truly the BEST and were all so incredibly helpful and efficient through every step of the process, including navigation through the confusing MassSave loan process. Accurate will absolutely be our first call for any HVAC needs going forward. Very highly recommend!!

Our furnace was blowing cold air on Saturday morning on what felt like the coldest day of the year. Accurate was able to get a technician up to our house with 30mins, and the issue was fixed. Honest service, would definitely recommend. We will be using them again.

Great experience with Accurate Heat - Air. I highly recommend them for any of your heat/Air needs. My particular job was the installation of a new heat pump condenser and air handler. Brian Anderson diagnosed my problem and was easy to work with being very responsive getting back to me with any questions I had. Kyle and Butchie the installers are very hard workers, polite and professional. Mike and Jeremy from Ceruti Electric were also great. Everyone worked as a team to get this job done....it was a long day for all. They were all focused on getting the job done and they did!

The Technicians at Accurate/Baker Elman are at the top of the game! I depend on them to keep my heating system in superb condition. They are responsive and knowledgeable. The office staff is outstanding!

Amazing service! I went through four different companies for a quote but Brian was the only one that took the time to explain everything to me on the phone before even coming to the house. They were by Not the cheapest, but had to go on gutt here and what a great job the employees were very informative and polite they were on time and finished earlier than expected! They also made sure everything was perfect and running up to par you can’t go wrong with Accurate Heat,'! Recommend this company to anyone needing work AAA++++++++

Kyle and Brett upgraded my HVAC system. This involved the removal and disposal of my old system and installing new furnace and AC components. The work was accomplished in a very professional, timely and clean manner. Derek in sales provided great advice in system selection. The team from Accurate Services Inc is exceptional!

I had a wonderful experience with Accurate and highly recommend them. Our central AC system stopped cooling unexpectedly and I called many companies and received quite a few estimates along with researching the various brands and their overall efficiency and quality. Brian at Accurate returned my call quickly, (very pleasant) and set up an appointment within a few days. He was extremely knowledgable about the Trane system we decided on, and was able to guide us as to what the best system model for our home would be.
Within a week I had my new system installed. The team of installers where so very professional and neat as a pin and so very polite.
It is also nice to know there is always someone available to answer the phone with any questions, Beth in the office could not be more cordial and is eager to help.
We are thrilled with our new Trane system thanks to Accurate!
