    I have used them for over 40 years for all of my HVAC needs. They have been consistently effective and responsive. Today Melissa was especially good-- patient, knowledgeable and generally helpful.

    Had SMO come out to diagnose and repair a faulty primary relay on my HVAC system after receiving a $1200 quote from another company. Technician Keith K. quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part for $400. Pricing was transparent and fair, customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

    Previously had no problems with SMO. Have been attempting to order oil for delivery for 3 days. No one is answering phones. Looked at Facebook and multiple clients are experiencing the same thing. Unacceptable.

    SMO has done well in providing services for our home. In particular the technician, Mr. Keith Ketterman, is the best by far. He is highly driven, and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Additionally, he makes sure the job is done and done well. He is very open about what is going on and what he is doing to fix the issue. He is highly requested for repair calls simply because he is friendly, knowledgeable, and works very hard to make sure his customers are satisfied.

    During the time of my unpredictable problem my experience with the SMO Installer Team was fantastic. They made sure my furnace was installed and operating properly as well as the AC unit. Upon arrival of my home they were very polite manner which I truly appreciate and answered any questions I had. My husband and I are grateful to be assisted by this great time (Aaron, Jeremie & Matt). This also includes the first technician that arrived the day of to assess the damages. Thanks to the team I am back in operation with a great greatful heart. If I missed something my apologies dont know to much about HVAC systems and hope you understand.

    I'm in Fort Washington, MD and was using oil heating. SMO Energy Consultant, Larry, recommended converting to natural gas heating. SMO Service Technicians - Anthony, Matt, Jeremy, and Jason - completed the entire job very professionally, displayed excellent customer service, and always courteous. Extra kudos to Anthony and Matt for problem solving that return grille! Y'all were quick with the diagnosis and replacement. Thanks again.

    I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. Have left several messages with both deliveries as well as online help (since I can't get back in to my account after they changed everything last month). I've been a customer for almost 20 years and have never experienced this before. I will start looking for another provider.

    Our tank ran out of oil and we could not get more oil because we did not have a tank whistle. While it took a while to get the whistle (over a month), they did supply us with emergency deliveries of oil. The technicians were very professional and respectful. Malissa Jameson, the woman I spoke to at SMO, was very helpful and had a very pleasant attitude. She made sure that we had everything we needed and that my questions were clearly answered. Good job SMO!
