    as an update: i worked with Jan Jabroe who was SO helpful in my recent issues. she was very patient and took the time to walk through all options in regards to my situation. what a gem! she also even followed up with me as she said she would days later. people like that you d not find often! i appreciate her for understanding and going above and beyond to assist. Pleasant wonderful woman!

    Install on a new propane tanks and heater system was performed and completed by 8/7/2022. Main issues that have been going on since 11/9/2022. SMO has not managed to hold their end of the contract. SMO had been unresponsive to the many repairs requests. One suggested repair would have made my heater's warranty voided. They are just trying to cut corners and not have integrity in their work or repair. DO NOT USE SMO!

    Bad Business! No Heat issue...Been calling/left messages and no return calls. Put in a work order request online for today...Nothing! No call, no email..Nothing yet! Been on the phone now for over 45 minutes. Most likely will not show up... Really Business of long time account holders....That three hundred + doesn't mean anything!

    "Alfredo" is the name of the tech who performed my yearly maintenance this year. He was by far the best technician we've ever had from SMO. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and performed the most thorough service ever done on our HVAC equipment.

    This post is specific to the high quality work and ingenuity provided by SMO Technician Dylan Kavaky and his assistant Jose. Dylan went above and beyond, immediately evaluating that a proposed complete system replacement was beyond what was needed to repair a 4.5 month long HVAC outage, then worked with his superiors on the spot to authorize a change to the proposed repair. In two hours, he and Jose completed the needed parts replacement, installing a simpler and more durable system, keeping me informed throughout. Dylan is a superstar. Both Dylan and Jose were very polite and professional.

    I had appointment today on a Saturday with NO WINDOW it’s now 8:00 pm & still nobody has come to my house to service my tune-up for my furnace... I paid $249.00 .. I want my money back & I’m looking into having another company... I called several times today & spoke with Mike after calling (7) times asking him where is the technician he getting impatient with me now.. It’s now 8:07 pm September 17,2022 which is the date they gave me ...and still after waiting ALL DAY. I still haven’t gotten my furnace tuned up..

    SMO is a great company, I was with the one they took over and was apprehensive but they've been wonderful! The service contract has saved me hundreds on repairs over time ( have a new furnace I purchased through them). I saved up for that new furnace but not once did they pressure me to buy one, on the contrary, when they came to look at it a few years ago they suggested I keep the old thing because is was a great furnace for it's time and was still working. They always call ahead of time and their scheduling is flexible. They are one of my favorite companies to contact (great office staff) and deal with.

    Malissa Jameson is an excellent CSR. She is extremely knowledgeable, super courteous, and very efficient! She takes the time to explain things to me before, during, and after the everything was completed. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of with Malissa. I call and ask for her everytime for her assistance.
