On 9/27/2022 I had my annual maintenance on my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. The service was performed by ALFREDO, who did an excellent job. He was here on time, was respectful of my property, and professional. Before he left, he explained everything he had done in a way that I understood. My neighbor was so impressed that he told Alfredo he wished he could have him work on his furnace. If I had my choice, I would have Alfredo every time. THANK YOU, ALFREDO!!!

Dylan, Jose, Jeremy and others did a great job installing my new Navien Combi propane tankless water heater and boiler for heat, and removed old oil boiler and tank. A lot of work done in less time than expected, and they cleaned up very well.

Malissa at SMO was very helpful in readjusting and lowering my new SmartPay monthly payment since I had acquired a substantial credit amount on my account. Many thanks to SMO for 60 years of fine service. The lower amount of monthly payment is much appreciated in these inflationary times.

John and TJ came on 8 Apr to clean up an oil and cleaning chemical smell under my furnace from a prior service. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They put down plastic at the entry way and absorbent cloths everywhere there would be an oil line disconnected. They uninstalled the furnace, cleaned the floor area underneath, cleaned the entire furnace assembly including the coils and put everything back as if it hadn't been touched. They even adjusted the system performance to ensure it was operating at peak efficiency before leaving. As stated above, their professionalism and attention to every detail was simply amazing. There has not been one unpleasant order from the heating system over this past week. Thanks to Paul for sending them to make an unpleasant living condition livable again.

John and TJ installed our new heat pump a/c in our attic yesterday in very hot conditions. Did outstanding work under very difficult conditions. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

John, TJ and Jose installed a new Heat Pump, inside coil and thermostat. They were efficient, respectful and very tidy. Excellent clean up and removal of old equipment. New unit works very well. Great job by all.

Had to replace the burner motor on our oil fired furnace in February. Had to wait one week without heat for SMO to go to Baltimore to get the motor.

We ordered a new furnace after they got the old one working. While installing the new furnace they discovered a water valve needed to be replaced before they could finish the installation. It was fixed that day, but it took another week for them to return to finish the installation. Still February 2022 and cold.

Air was entering the oil going to my furnace. The furnace would not light.The air bubbles were visible in the Tiger Loop. I called SMO and within the hour Anthony Freeman arrived at our home. In short order Anthony found that the air was entering thru the warped cover of our old (approximately 18 years) oil filter casing. He installed a brand new automobile style oil filter and our furnace was good to go. I always ask for Anthony for our service needs and he always comes thru with a great job. I would like to recognize John, TJ & Jeremie! They were very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were there for 12 hours for the following
Remove & Replace the Furnace, AC Coil, Outside AC unit, Run all new lines and replace Thermostat. Also at the same time I had my Oil Tank replaced by another SMO Crew. They also had to run their new lines in the same area from the outside to the furnace. These guys communicated very well.
John, TJ & Jeremie knew the lines for the new oil tank would be run before they were ready to be connected to the new furnace. Without hesitation, John and his crew told the tank crew to run your lines and we will connect your lines when we’re ready.
I’m extremely satisfied with their work and I would recommend them any day!

My service for oil, and an issue about my billing. It was not any of these services, I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Kayla Conger. A wonderful and patient service assistance who should be rewarded. I had a little problem with my bill statement and Ms. Kayla was patient, reliable, understanding and took her time to listen to the issue that was bothering me. Took care of my problem very sweet and very patient, solved it and I'm very glad that I had her for my help and she also took care of my order for oil delivery.
