Very professional, polite came in went right to work. Did a great job checking my system and doing routine maintenance. The tech took the time to explain how to keep my system in top shape. I started using Mission Comfort when I had an issue with my system last year. They fixed it fast, and at a reasonable price. They signed me up for their biannual maintenance program and each time the tech was on time did great work, friendly, polite. Wonderful experience! Great company.

We contacted Mission Comfort to diagnose a problem with our AC and provide us with some solutions. The team was professional, polite and friendly. The technician who came for the visit diagnosed the issue promptly and explained our options to us. Ron, the owner of Mission Comfort, visited us the next day and offered us the various options at Mission Comfort for a new AC unit. We were very impressed with their warranties, professionalism, and attentiveness to the needs of their customers. We ultimately decided to go with another company for our AC, but it only came down to a brand preference for us. If Mission Comfort carried the brand we preferred, we would have had no hesitation in going with them. We would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs - you will not be disappointed.

I was having a leak from my A/C unit, and I had no clue what was going on. The warranty people said they didn’t cover leaks so I was on my own! I went to google, of course! I found the popular names and scrolled directly past them, when I stumped upon the reviews for this gem!!

I am SOOO glad I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. We’ve been having a cool front w/ rain, but Sunday is calling for sunny and 90°, so I needed help fast.

John (my technician) came and exceeded all of my expectations! I would have him do my repairs over and over again. He was knowledgeable, kind and genuinely concerned with the issues. I’m beyond grateful!

Mission Comfort is a great company to do business with. Professional all the way and totally customer service based. They spent the entire day installing our new HVAC heat pump system, making sure all was good to go. Friendly and willing to answer questions of any concern. I truly enjoyed watching them work. Bought the crew a large pizza for lunch. I wanted to give back something to them for being so great. Love the new system they installed.

Make suggesting on what should be done next if any. Being sure that you understand what you're being billed for. Always pleasant and upfront. They repair one our air-conditions and did maintenance on both of them. I'm so glad my husband found them very honest and fair with the pricing and their service is TOP-NOTCH. Mission Comfort Heating and Air Company is the definition of excellent customer service. From the first time I used their services back in the winter of 2019 when my heat system was not working, to two years later when I was having issues with my heating and air conditioning system, this company have gone above and beyond to provide outstanding service and customer satisfaction. John and Ron, who I had the pleasure of working with, were both very pleasant, friendly, and prompt. These guys exemplifies the definition of transparency and socially responsible. I've become victim by many bad players with whom I'd reported to the State Attorney's and BBB, so trust me when I tell you that these words do not easily fall from my lips. Each time John and Ron had come out, they have each taken the time to explain while illustrating every mechanism associated with the problem in full detail to ensure that I comprehended what their findings were and how the problem may be either mitigated or repaired. Additionally, they provided me with a proposal that contained a couple of options based on the actual solution (repairs) that the system needed...which, in my personal opinion, depicts as a company that takes its customer's fiscal situations and needs into consideration, unlike other companies that will stick a customer with the highest ticket priced solution or an upsell. Plus, Ron went the extra mile by offering me portable heaters to keep my family warm throughout the night until the HVAC system was fixed the next day. Customer service and satisfaction, at best! Ron was able to schedule for John to arrive the next morning to clean the blower fan and to install the new blower motor. John arrived on time and begin servicing the unit in a timely and professional manner. There were no "new issues" that fell out of thin air. John showed me the finished product (a pristine, clean blower fan) and a system that regain its ability to operate at its optimization. I can't say enough about Mission Comfort and their commitment to customer service. These guys are great. Their care for customers also goes a long way with me. They are honest, thorough, friendly, and show great respect to their customers. They are willing to put their customers first and provide the best service possible. I highly recommend Mission Comfort and will be using them in the future, as well as, recommending them to my family and friends.

This company excelled on every level of my experience with them. From making the appointment, to the several follow up calls, to the wonderfully pleasant and courteous technicians, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Camille the concierge, was an absolute joy as well as John and Dee, the technicians were knowledgeable and genuinely nice people who gave me top notch service.
