I did not believe the rating when I first called, but now I understand. If I could give them 10 stars, I most certainly would have. This team was truly amazing. They were patient and kind. They did not try to price gouge or offer more than I needed. I will forever call Mission Comfort for all of my HVAC needs. Thank you for helping to resolve my issue promptly and with care.

Of course, our old HVAC system went out in the middle of summer!
... After calling several other companies, Mission Comfort answered my call immediately and had someone out the same day! John and Ron are extremely straightforward, honest men whose end goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. I appreciate the pride and integrity that's taken in all that they do.
Ron took hours to explain to us all of our options. They came back out and went above and beyond while installing drains and such with the new system.

We are truly grateful that we found another true gem in our community!

I am very impressed with the Mission Comfort Team, they will have a repeat customer in me.
When our air conditioner stopped working, during a stretch of 90+ degree days, they had a technician out the following day. I watched him work, I think I made him a little nervous, but I could tell that his training is good and he was not just "Easter Egging" in his trouble shooting approach to diagnosing my system problem(s). It took a couple of tries to get our system fully operational but the only bill I had was for the initial service. At one point there was a discussion that the problem might require replacing our system but every effort was made to fix what we had first, which was ultimately successful.
My impression is that Mission Comfort values your repeat business and so they want to make you a happy customer.

I have an oil boiler for my heat. It can be difficult to find someone who can service and maintain the system correctly. Had the annual maintenance done today. Very thorough job. Everyone was very friendly to deal with. Will definitely use them again when needed.

I have to say we are beyond happy with our service. Called the company for an issue with airflow into a bedroom. They were responsive and courteous from the beginning. Ron came to assist and his customer service was outstanding from the moment he walked through the door. He gave us a great understanding of our issue and provided 3 options to fix. We are taking advantage of the member option which will save us money and provide the maintenance needed. We will be using them for our services.

John and Dee provided stellar service for my HVAC issues. They were prompt and responsive and checked in often with me to keep me informed of what their findings were and the plan of action. They gave me a few options to decide from in terms of what needed my immediate attention and what didn’t. I recommended Mission to a high school friend of mine and he was pleased as well. I’ve had problems with my heating for a couple of years and after hiring other companies Mission Comfort finally resolved my heating issue. I am so grateful and happy. I was so happy with Mission Comfort from the very beginning of the service call and once they arrived at my door I was even more surprise with how they respected my home, listened to my concerns, diagnosed and repaired my problems. I can now get rid of those heaters. Mission Comfort showed me how much they cared about my concerns, they were fair with the cost, and after the repair they follow up by contacting me regarding the service problem I once had with the heating. Mission Comfort was awesome. I immediately joined Mission Comfort HVAC maintenance plan. Thank you Mission Comfort for a job well done!

I would recommend Mission Comfort to anyone looking for a reliable company to trust with their HVAC needs. The techs were on time, personable and extremely knowledge and able to explain everything well. I’m new to Maryland and chose Mission Comfort because of a recommendation and they lived up to the positive review that I was given.

Highly recommend Mission Comfort. The owner, who puts his all into his job, is extremely transparent and helpful. He lays out everything that could be potentially wrong, best practices to maintain a working system, and recommends paths forward to help prevent but not completely eliminate early wear and tear. Amazing experience all around. When he arrived he wore covering for his boots to ensure he didn’t track dirt. When checking components to my outside unit he noticed and explained what was wrong and offered packages that could help with the life of my system. My system has been working great every since. I reached out to them not expecting a response at 8pm on a Saturday, to my surprise Ron emailed me back within 10 or so minutes to walk me through some things that could alleviate the issue I was having.

I swear on all that is holy Mission Comforts customer service is top notch and I wish I could them them a million 5 star reviews so that they are always at the top of google searches.
