This company is very professional. They replaced our thermostat, have been responsive with issues that occurred with the thermostat and promptly resolved it. So far, they have been great and we were so impressed that we decided to signed up for their program.

We first called another HVAC company and they immediately told us we needed to replace our furnace. They said our furnace was too old and that repairing it would not make any sense. After getting a quote that was way more than we wanted to spend a friend told us about Ron and Community HVAC services. Ron came by looked over our unit and determined that a repair was all that was needed. He explained fully what was wrong and how easily it could be fixed. Within 24 hours we were back up and running with heat. Moving forward any HVAC needs we have we will definitely be calling Community HVAC services. Several options were given and explained very thoroughly in an easy way to understand for those of us not familiar with the industry jargon. They took before and after pics and video clips of repairs. This should be an industry best practice! Absolutely amazing service! Highly, highly, highly recommended!!!!
