Had a very positive experience with Mission Comfort. They came out the same day that I called which wasn't expected. John was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate his thoroughness in ensuring our HVAC was properly serviced. Will be happy to use Mission Comfort for future needs.

Great Company! Small company and cares more about the customer than profit, which is great to see. Normally I don't write reviews unless they really impress. Mission Comfort did just that. I will be using them again for my A/C and heating needs.

I had another HVAC company diagnose an intermittent issue that I was having with the blower in my home, and they said that the blower motor was dying and needed to be replaced. After getting quoted close to $2,000 to replace the blower motor, I decided to get a second opinion/diagnosis from another HVAC contractor. After reading several extremely positive reviews online, I decided to give Mission Comfort a try and I am SO glad I did! I was fortunate to have the owner Ron come to my home, and he discovered that the blower motor in fact was not failing and that it appears the intermittent blower issue that I was experiencing was more than likely related to a wire harness simply not being fully connected/seeded to the connection port. Ron was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to really explain things. I really appreciated his honesty and how he did not feel comfortable recommending a replacement of something unless he was 100% sure that it truly needed to be replaced. I was so impressed with the integrity of their business model and appreciative of Ron saving me so much money that I decided to join the Comfort Club. Going forward if my experience today is an indication of the service that I'll get in the future, any issues that I may run into with my HVAC system will only need one diagnosis, and that will be the diagnosis from Mission Comfort.

I needed a new furnace. I have a monthly service agreement with Mission Comfort. I called them to do my winter system check up during that time my furnace went out on me before they arrived. I had no heat on the 1st level of my home. The owner Ron Nelson came out and diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of options that I could go with, but overall my furnace had failed. I made a appointment to install the new furnace and from there everything went so smooth. I take pride in putting my initials on anything, but Mission Comfort is the best I've seen in along time. I will definitely be using them for my new HVAC company! If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!!

I always receive excellent service. The technicians are professional and go out of their way to protect my property. They also take the time to explain what they did and the status of my system. I am so fortunate to have Mission Comfort services.

I am so happy our neighbor referred them to us. Ron and John were great. They explained everything to me and when I asked them to call m husband and explain it to him they did it with no problem. Walked us through the whole process showed us picture's and video's of who?, what?, when?, where? and why? with our A/C system. I would highly recommend them and they're first on our list to call for our A/C for sure.

I was having trouble with my heat not heating up my new house. I called the home warranty company and they came out and "fixed" the issue on multiple occasions. I got tired of them "fixing" the problem and I called Mission Comfort who came out on the first time identified the issue and we haven't had a issue since. Ron was very professional and informing, I even signed up for their service program for my home HVAC needs.

Mission Comfort will always be my #1 HVAC company to call on. They are without a doubt the best I have encountered in my 30 years of being a homeowner. They are very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. How many of these types of companies do you know who will put a mat at your front door and put shoe coverings on to protect your indoor floors before entering?
They are not satisfied until you are satisfied. All maintenance, installations, etc photos are taken and shown to the customer with a full explanation of what needs repair or what needs to be replaced.
They are always open to any questions and are eager and willing to answer with complete honesty and competency.

Our HVAC system failed and wasn't producing heat. We called early in the morning and John showed up a couple of hours later. He was great! He diagnosed the problem and made sure nothing else was wrong. He explained everything to us and found the needed part. John fixed our HVAC system and even made some suggestions that would help us down the road. Because of his professionalism and dedication to helping us, we signed up for the maintenance plan and are looking forward to hopefully seeing him again. Mission Comfort is definitely an awesome company. From first contact to final product, they have been wonderful to deal with. We'll done!
