Ron and his team provided EXCEPTIONAL service from beginning to end. I appreciate Ron’s transparency about our options related to our ac issue. He also provided us a thorough explanation about what to expect from him and his team. During our service they wore masks, shoe covers, and lined our floors with mats. They even placed a door mat at our front door to ensure complete cleanliness!! Wow!! I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Ron to others. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of business provided by Community HVAC. Ron was very professional from the start of business, is aware of the safety concerns with Covid-19 and wears a mask and booties while inside, waits to make sure the unit is working properly and even follows up the next day to ensure everything is still working properly. I was so impressed with the business of Ron I had concerns with my thermostat and he first didn’t want me to pay for something I didn’t need and checked it out. He had the same issues as I and we set up another appointment for a new thermostat. My home now has the correct temperate shown and feels comfortable throughout every floor.
