Perfect Experience! Our A/C went out and of course it’s 80degree days! I found them through google, they came the day I called and found the problem and came the next day to repair. We couldn’t have been happier with the extremely fast and knowledgeable work by John and Mission Comfort!

This company is amazing and so refreshing. Simply put: the best customer service and responsiveness I've seen in a company in years. It started with the wonderful scheduling process (I don't remember her name, but she was amazing). Then, I had expert John as a technician for HVAC repair. Usually it is hit and miss with HVAC repairs in MD, but John was amazing and exceeded my expectation. Extremely vocal in guiding me through the issue, providing me with recommendation, and followed up to see if the systems was running as it should. He even saw my veteran tags and outlined the benefits of military veterans. I was so thrilled (after many bad experiences with HVAC repair in SoMD), I didn't hesitate to become a member of the Mission Comfort family. Thank you, Mission Comfort & John, for the exceptional service, attention to detail, honesty, and communication!!!

My heating system went out and my house was ice cold for days. I found Mission Comfort through a google search and chose them because they were close to my address. The receptionist Camilla (I hope that is right) was exceptional. She was able to book me a same day appointment. John was my technician. He came out and was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosis the issue, explain in detail what was going on, and answered any questions I had. He provide me with quotes that I found to be reasonable and repaired my furnace right there on the spot. I would highly recommend Mission Comfort and specifically John for your HVAC needs!

From the moment I contacted Mission Comfort - I knew I was in good hands. They were able to schedule my no fee consultation and install within days of each other and even brought me space heaters to use in the meantime. Is your heat out? You’re probably searching on Google and trying to decide with company should you go with. Well, your search is over. Mission Comfort is it; 200+ 5-star reviews is no fluke.

My appointment was scheduled between 11AM-2PM, John G. arrive around 11:30. He did his full diagnoses, and then explained to me the issue with my furnace in a way that even I could understand. After agreeing to proceed, he made some calls, found the part needed, immediately drove out to get it, came back and install the component in question.

It is the little things that make a difference. During the installation I overheard John make a call to have his later appointments notified he will be showing up towards the later end of their appointments. Personally, I would appreciate the notification rather than sitting around, waiting, and guess for 2-3 hours of the scheduled appointment.

The only “negative” that I can really nitpick is from the time I initially called, the next available appointment was 3 days later. But I can imagine this is a result of the high demand from growing company with the great work that they do.

5/5, would send to my mom’s house for any HVAC issues.

John and Dee arrived on time, were EXTREMELY professional and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. They left to go and get replacement parts and came right back. They installed the new parts, cleaned up the system and did some other maintenance. When they were done, they showed me pictures and videos of everything they did and also explained it to me again. They broke down the service costs and signed me up for their maintenance program. Also, Camilla is absolutely amazing as well. She makes you feel like you’re their only Customer with the service she provides! Mission Comfort has a new Customer for LIFE!
