My technician John Goldthorn was very proficient, and courteous. He was thorough, and eager to assist in providing maintenance to my heater. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and properly educated on my heat pump and system for my home. I highly recommend Mission Comfort and Mr. Goldthorn.

A year and a half ago, on a cold night, the owner of this company made an after-hours visit to restore heat for my tenants. Shortly thereafter, after vetting several vendors, we chose Mission Comfort, then Community HVAC, to install a new furnace (heat and A/C). Ron was unduly patient in answering my many, many questions throughout the process of choosing a system and in the end working on a rushed schedule, pulling permits last-minute, working around the schedules of multiple tenants, etc. Working with this company has been a pleasure from day 1. Ron, and his staff, are consistently responsive, empathetic, proactive, and more than willing to explain things in lay terms—this is a team that is actually happy and grateful to be doing the work they do. Their service has been extremely professional and pricing very fair. Truly, thank you to Ron and associates.

Ron at Community HVAC Services is awesome. Even before booking an appointment, he spoke with me on the phone for over 10 minutes going over my issues and what might be the cause. He arrived on time for my appointment, which is huge because I had to leave from and return to work. During the consultation walkthrough, Ron was very thorough, explaining the little but very important things I could do as a homeowner to slow/minimize HVAC issues. Ron’s experience and knowledge showed when he discovered that the builders improperly installed ducts in a section of my home, causing very low airflow. I’ve had that home for 6 years and no one else noticed this major issue. With Ron’s findings report, I was able to get the builders to correct reinstall the ducts correctly free of charge, saving me thousands of dollars. I would definitely recommend Community HVAC Services to anyone looking to get work done.

I don't even know where to start with this company. I have a rental property and the AC wasn't operating right and this has been an ongoing issue. My property management sent out their guy each time. This time around he pretty much said let's just replace the entire unit which was going to be $6200. I was shocked as the unit is only 5 years old. So naturally i called to get a second opinion on pricing and I stumbled upon mission comfort. I called and I told Ron that I was calling to have someone go out and get me a quote on a whole ac unit because I just wanted to get it replaced and done and over with. He asked me a few questions and told me he doesn't feel comfortable selling me a while new unit and mine was so new. He could of easily sold me that unit made 6k and go about his was. Instead he came out the next day did his thing got it operational and even educated my tenant as to why the ac acted the way it did and the parameters they should have it set at in order to ensure proper function. He called me and explained everything to me in great detail i mean down to a T. Instead of 6k I ended up paying a few hundred. He was respectful, ontime and VERY knowledgeable about his industry and definitely showed his passion for it. He will be doing work and service on every single house I have. I could go on for days about how grateful I am but I will it with if you are shopping around for HVAC service mission comfort should be your first call. John arrived and he brought the traits of personality and enthusiasm into the house with him. He was remarkably personal, professional and thorough. At John's request, hisfield supervisor, Ron, brought a needed part for the repair and Ron was equally efficient and professional. They took the time to answer every question and to explain their process. Their competence and great customer service were greatly appreciated.

John was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and gave me so much clarification regarding my hvac system as a new home owner. I will definitey be using his services again! If you're looking for someone who will take time to understand your concerns and address each one individually then he's the guy for you!!

Professional and friendly technicians. They'll go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the work. Installed my new gas furnace, AC and water heater in one day! The price was fair for the quality of equipment and service. I highly recommend them!

The two techs that came to the service appointment were great. They were on time, courteous, and offered multiple solutions to fix our AC issue. The problem was fixed that day. Fastest service I've ever had on any household issue. We will continue to call them for any heating/air conditioning issue we have. We 100% recommend them to everyone!

Great Hvac service is hard to find. Usually the tech is incentivized to upsell you and doesn’t always find the right answer for you. That is absolutely not the case with Mission. They were timely, thorough and did an amazing job. Didn’t try to sell me a new system. Actually determined what was wrong quickly and fixed it.

Without a doubt the best company around. If you’re tired of being ripped off and not having timely service call them.
