    Great customer service on our heating systems from SMO employees Chamar Noble and Tyrone Nolan. They were very through, explained any problems areas, made suggestions for improving our heating systems and when done went over what they completed for the day. They even pointed out a potential roof leak that they observed in the attic. Thank you Chamar and Tyrone for a job well done.

    OIL SERVICES!! My home ran out of oil the Monday before Thanksgiving 2022. It is now DECEMBER 8TH AND STILL WITHOUT OIL, HOT WATER & HEAT. Even with a service contract we are not being helped .

    The CSR refused to speak to my GMA who is the homeowner and would only speak with my aunt who is also listed on the account. We were then notified that our account had been on hold due to needing a new part for the past 6 MONTHS and no one notified us of the problem ALL THE WHILE STILL SERVICING US AND PROVIDING US WITH OIL. They wait until the week of Thanksgiving to enforce the hold on our account, refusing to even send a little oil to hold us over for the holiday. SMO told us we would have to wait until the following Tuesday after thanksgiving. That’s came and went. We call daily and we are transferred to the “Tank department “ where no one answers the phone. When we call back to request help again, we’re told that someone will call us back before the close of business which never happens. We are boiling water daily to cook, clean, and bathe my grandmother and 5 year old son.

    EVEN WITH A RESPONSE FROM SMO ON MY REVIEW AND FILLING OUT THE REQUESTED FORM, WE ARE STILL WITHOUT OIL, HEAT AND HOT WATER

    I spoke with Ms. Malissa Jameson to assist with changing my credit card that is attached to my account. Malissa was very friendly and easy to work with from the onset of receiving my call to its completion. She was very patient, thorough and efficient. Malissa exhibited a genuine concern for ensuring my satisfaction. Throughout the call, Malissa made me very comfortable as she asked the necessary questions to accomplish the task at hand. I felt totally blessed that Malissa was on the other end of the phone because she exhibited OUTSTANDING customer service skills. Malissa is indeed a great ambassador for SMO.

    A sick, 89 year old woman is currently losing heat in her house because SMO hasn't delivered the oil that she's been paying them for decades. I guess she shouldn't have canceled her service contract because this is how this company does business. It's interesting that they ask if I do business with them, because they answer may change soon. Also find it curious that "Oil Delivery" isn't listed as a service they perform, because they used to.

    I found out my oil tank was leaking so I called in . The customer service representative quickly notified and sent a recovery team . I want to thank Daniel Proctor and Denis for their quick response, the knowledge and professionalism . They didn't just show up to do a job . They both had great customer service skills and they worked great as a team . Thank you again for the quick response.

    There is no way you have a 94% customer satisfaction. I have been calling for the past week on hold for 45+ min at a minimum without anyone answering the phone. I have called morning afternoon and evening. Finally got someone on the phone over emergency line. But I was only direct to call 7am where I'm on hold for hour+. This is how a new customer looking for reliable service deals with at SMO? My tank is empty and the largest provider in my area can't seem to answer my call for service.

    We have been receiving propane delivery services from SMO since 2017 after switching from another company. We have worked directly with Bryan Emmerich at SMO who has been exceptionally professional and responsive. We have not needed to switch between companies because of the consistent competitive pricing and exceptional customer service received from Bryan Emmerich.

    We have had excellent service with SMO in the 19 years we've been dealing with them. They have serviced our water heater and furnace with little fuss and outstanding results. We get fuel oil from them yearly, which has always been a good service. We are very happy to deal with SMO.
