Not sure why I see a 2.5 average as I just opened up the little window, the invitation for a review.
I don't understand the low average as I can only say good things about the company. The latest problem, which was fixed promptly. One of my heat pumps was not running, which I discovered last Friday. As I have 2 systems in my house, I waited till Monday to call. The problem was fixed at a very reasonable price. The company also maintains my oil furnace in the basement, the other system. This one is also a heat pump with an oil furnace backup, and delivers the oil in the winter months, always very promptly.

We were having trouble with our new system for some time. Griffith always responded quickly and service tech Shaun determined and resolved the problem, fully explaining what was happening and what needs to be maintained by us throughout the year. Shaun knows his stuff!!

I have auto delivery service and here I am with no oil and no heat. How can you run out of oil when you are on auto delivery?? I have been a customer for 30 years. The website says 24 hour service so why is there not way to receive an emergency small delivery of oil until the trucks run again tomorrow?

For over 35 years I have had an annual “Gold” maintenance contract with Griffith Oil to service my oil furnace. They have always done an excellent job cleaning and servicing the oil furnace and answering any questions that I might have.

Griffith was very responsive. They came out the same day I called, confirmed the problem, came out the next day and replaced my oil water heater. Everything is running great!

Gary Heiss serviced our heating, cooling and hot water systems today. Gary has performed the same service for us many times over the past years. Gary is a most efficient pleasant professional technician who enjoys his job and pleasing your customers.

Really "impressed" with whoever the operator is who had an attitude just for calling you guys for help. I was transferred over last night when I called for having an AC issue. She proceeded to hang up on me after I asked a few simple questions so that I could decide if I wanted to use the service. Since I must be bothering you guys with trying to get my AC fixed I will go elsewhere. Thanks for the attitude!

Don't ever work for this company at the cheverly location. they are sooo sloppy and unorganized and unprofessional. During this pademic they decided to hire me for a week then tell me i don't have the job after telling me had the job. After going back in forth wasting my time taking drug test and filling out paperwork. Management don't have a clue how to hire or even being to work on time i have paperwork and proof showing everything between me and the management. then can't even pay me for my time there. They already have a terrible reputation. But if anyone wants to see how they did me reach out i can show proof

Dwayne called to see if I was home and that he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very professional, efficient, and informative. Dwayne performed the annual service on my heating and air conditioning units. I am extremely pleased with the service he provided. Thanks!
