Danilo Arguela was very professional and efficient. He did an excellent job checking and maintaining my air conditioner and heat pump. He left the areas very clean after working. Very pleased with his excellent service.

After several months of calls and emails (including photos) Griffith concluded that they will do nothing to fix the damage done to my new driveway when their driver drove off of it - in two places. Even though I called the day it occurred and offered photos and videos pleading with them over the course of months via calls and emails - Griffith decided to do absolutely nothing - no apology, no it wont happen again, simply "Griffith Energy Services, Inc. is unable to accept responsibility for the reported damages to your driveway." BE WARNED - even with photo and video evidence expect Griffith to do nothing when their staff fails to conduct themselves professionally.

I would like to thank the entire Griffith Energy Services team for their dedicated service and continued support over the years. Each representative and technician has readily responded with kindness, concern and immediate action with each request. I would like Griffith to give Ashley the $10 tip for helping me obtain a tank refill for home heating oil after 6 days of waiting after my first telephone call. She was patient, kind, and the follow-up was excellent. Also thank you to Driver #2603 truck 7531 who came after dark.

Technician Danilo Argueta did an excellent job performing annual maintenance on two Air Conditioning systems and one Natural Gas Heating system. One AC unit was not performing well and he identified and resolved the problem. We greatly appreciated his thorough approach and his expertise. We highly reccomend Griffith Energy Services.

Received a fuel delivery from Griffith yesterday. Driver (Mike 2603) called ahead as requested and was very polite and efficient. Delivery was close to 6pm (almost dark this time of year) so I know he was working hard and anxious to get finished for the day.

Griffith Energy provides great gas delivery services. In particular, their driver Barron D. is exceptional with handling and delivering their product.

This company is the worst. Beware. I canceled my account from this place because I switched to heat pump and because they charge a lot. I started my account in the summer and swithed to a budget plan in September and october i installed a heat pump. So I never actually recieved a service or anything. Somehow they keep sending me a bill for $400 and now it's $600 claiming pass due even though I no longer have an account and never actually got service or anything. If anyone else is having problems with this company, we should get together and file a class action suit against them. Feel free to respond to this so I can contact my lawyer and together we can eliminate this bad practice.
