OMGI am reading all the reviews and this is what I am going through I receive a bill from Griffith energy and I do not get oil from them only as needed basis I received a bill for $600 stating that they came to my house to service me with oil I did not schedule oil they cannot get in my gate my gate is locked i never get oil not unless i call and at home i only get oil once a year I speak to the manager he tells me I have to deal with it I called and ordered oil I did not they cannot get my gate I do not see them on my cameras or anything they are so rude and disrespectful and think I'm gonna be responsible for the i
l I am taking this to the baddt business bureau to report them

Technician Gary Heiss not only thoroughly cleaned my boiler, but he replaced my leaking transformer and put down pads so I could see if there was any new leaking. I hope to see him for my next boiler service. Thanks

Scheduled a delivery for the 23rd and they never showed up. I called that night and they said they had no record of my having scheduled a delivery for the 23rd. I called again on the 24th and the operator confirmed that I had a delivery scheduled for the previous day. They then told me they would be out on the 24th and they never showed. I've been out of oil since the 21st. These people are worthless.

My grandma has been with Griffith oil for Centuries!! Horrible customer service!!Our oil tank is not outside but in basement someone has 2 B here 2 let them in that why I need a Accurate Day & Time that never happens!my GRANDMA HAS Dementia cannot B left alone!! Doggone disappointing. 5 days since ordering a refill of oil – still no-show. Clumsy excuses when calling their ‘24hr’ service which is managed by an answering service afterhours unable to answer the most basic questions. Avoid at all costs – unless you enjoy your house at 40 degrees! Not even worth one star.
