I recently had a new furnace installed in my home by Griffith. The servicemen were personable and professional, willingly answered my questions along the way. They did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommend this company.

We have been using Griffith Energy Services for both our heating oil delivery and their maintenance contracts on our furnace and AC unit for nearly 40 years now. Accordingly, I guess you could say we have been well satisfied with their services and would recommend them highly.

Oil fill-ups always come in at $1.50 per gallon or more than the competition (I research the the competitions prices) I call and negotiate the price down, but it happens again the next fill up, and the next fill up....... I have tried to cancel the auto fill up and somehow they manage to sneak onto the property and fill the tank back up, sticking me with an absurdly high bill. If you don't keep up with the going rate for oil per gallon, this company will stick it to you.

This was the worst oil delivery company I have ever used. I called twice to have oil delivered. Both deliveries were made about three weeks after I had called. I had to follow up with them multiple times just to get them to come out within 3 weeks of initial call. Based on that experience I went to another company and I was in total shock to find out shortly after my second delivery the company had added me to their automatic delivery schedule with extremely inflated rates. I thought I was done with them, but apparently if they deliver to you more than once they seemingly just start delivering to you again and the rates change significantly. I recommend you find a more reliable and reasonable company for your heating oil.

Wish 1/4 of a star was an option. Customer service is non-existent- an absolute nightmare. 99/100 times you are greeted by indifferent answering service representatives who could care less about your concerns. Deaf. Calls are never returned. Because of their inability to actually listen my 80 year old mother was left without heat despite the fact that her account had a balance over $2300 to draw from. Yesterday the driver snapped our communications line to the house and didn't bother to alert us- 4 more inches and we would have been without power as well during one of the coldest nights of the year. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

My 80 year old parents have been patrons of Griffith for 40 years. They ran out of oil this past weekend. They had to put in an emergency call to receive oil. A tech showed up and delivered 10 gallons which ran out before the weekends end. A supply truck showed up on monday and delivered 248 gallons. The previous delivery driver gave them 78 gallons and told my parents that the tank was full. That was a week prior to the emergency fill of 10 gallons. Several phone calls were not well received by the company's staff.

Great customer experience ! Lee, HVAC Technician, performed the annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner yesterday. He did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was neat and thorough. Upon completion he informed me of what was done, and what needed to be followed up on. A true professional !

I would like to commend both Sean Thompson and Marcus McKnight, first of all for being very good customer friendly team which is key these days, secondly for excellent performance on a job well done as of today of this review, hopefully the performance will last for sometime, thirdly there professionalism was very outstanding. I personally was unsure of there performance to be to there ages, because I am old school, meaning I fine the younger groups of today are about the paycheck not the job itself, but I stood to be corrected, both of them were about they job to get the job done, they are team players, worked together very well.
