Emeka was on-time, explained in detail the things he was going to do in the annual maintenance of our furnace, and apologized for not being able to change one of the filters in the furnace during the visit. He was great!

A power surge blew out a regulator on my oil fired boiler. Griffith took care of it immediately and sent an excellent mechanic. In fact this mechanic disclosed that the water temperature was not set at the proper temperature for baseboard heat in the old regulator and corrected it. I was wondering why I was burning more fuel oil than normal and it was taking a long for the house to heat up. But now it heats up right away and my oil gauge barely budged.

Worst customer service EVER. First attempt, told they would call back. It was middle of the day. We called again Monday. After the usual holding on, gave us a 3 pm appointment. Never showed, no call. Getting someone on the phone took 15 minutes. This was 4:15. Operator said office closed 3pm and she’s the “emergency “ operator. She LAUGHED at me because I haven’t memorized our account number and she had NO information on our scheduled appointment. No apology. Done with them. It’s 80 degrees and my dogs are panting.

They continue to charge me 270.00 anally for service and don't come out to service the boiler. When I called to say I wouldn't pay an additional 270.00 until the boiler was serviced they said they don't do things like that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was out sick and I could be put in her voice mail. I was then transferred to a general vm. I canceled my account after 15 years. They could care less about their customers or customer service.

I am not a customer, but yesterday I watched the driver of a Griffith van dump the trash and food waste from his truck on the sidewalk near my home and drive away. A call to the company, in which I provided very specific information about the incident in order to give them a chance to address the situation went unreturned. Please don't use this company which allows its employees to so disgustingly mistreat the community it claims to serve.

Criminals: For 32 hours Griffith oil has been promising to deliver oil to a building full of elderly tenants. The technicians never call back. The deliveries have not been made.

To add insult to injury, the supervisor claimed oils had been delivered 3 days ago. NOT TRUE this is the 5th time Griffith has claimed a delivery and billed for it without actually delivering the oil.

These people should be ashamed of themselves. They are putting lives at risk and could care less.

We have been sitting in the cold for 48hrs. We received a call from Griffith at 7am asking to someone come out- the answer was no- they said they would be sending someone out immediately. Around noon we called again and someone stated they would give us a call about 25-30min before arrival. We then called again around 4:30 still no one has called or come. This time Michelle told us someone would
Be here before 7pm. At 7:30pm (24hrs later) we call again Michelle says they are on their way- we should here back soon. It is now 9:30pm, it is what 12 degrees outside??? We called again 9:15, my husband spends 20min on the phone trying to understand why no one is calling us or telling us the truth. What is going on? We have 2 small children, it is cold. We have sat around all day waiting to hear from them- Nothing- we could have left gone and got a space heater- done something to prepare for how cold it is in this house. Highly disappointed.

Sadly your technician is not truthful. We were home all day on the 31st. My Husband was home sick with TWO KIDS. After receiving the call in the morning stating someone did come at 7:30/45pm on the 31st my Husband Kindly inform them you had not which is why a Ticket fro serves was placed back in the at 7:30am on the 1st of Feb. WE still have not had services and it is 11:15am on Saturday--- this has been going on since 6pm Thursday night.

If the person in truck 0411 is any representation of the people that work at this company I would NEVER use any of their service here. I am not a customer, but my neighbor is. The driver blocked the entry to the entire community during morning commute hours and when asked to move the their truck proceeded to work even slower just to make a point. What kind of person does that? Decent humans would just move the truck so folks could get by and go about their day. Why would you do business with these kind of people?!?!?

The service person Jerome Perry was timely, polite, neat ,thorough and most informative. We have used Griffith Energy Services for over 40 years, he was one of the BEST Technicians we have encountered!

We were without heat overnight when Gary Heiss arrived first thing in the morning. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made the proper adjustments to restore service. Recommended that we check to see when it was last cleaned. He was courteous and explained what he was doing.
