We were looking for a freezer. We were met pleasantly by a sales person to show us what they had in stock. We ended up saving over $200 on a freezer with a small dent.

My elderly aunt purchased a refrigerator from this place. When delivered, the door wouldn’t shut. My aunt called to request help and the employees did not seem to care. The manager hung up on my aunt. We had to call the manufacturer for assistance and they were able to remedy the situation quickly. The employees my aunt dealt with were very rude and unhelpful. I’d go anywhere but here to receive better customer service and care.

I placed an order for a dresser in Oct. 2022. It is now late Nov. 2022. I have tried numerous times to contact someone with little to no help. Website says the product is in stock and I could have it in a couple of days if I order it now. It was supposed to be delivered on Nov. 4th 2022 but was damaged and was not delivered. When I call about my order I am told it is out of stock but the website says something completely different for my area. I suggest to others, do not be in a hurry to get what you order, and do not expect anyone to answer the phone when you call the 1-800 numbers.

I bought a washer from conn still under warranty but you guys still sending technician out to my home to repair the problem this has been going on every since September 22 now it's February 23 and you guys still sending technician out with the same problem remind you I am still under warranty if not replace I will take legal action
