I hope my experience isn't typical, but the lack of response from management makes me wonder. I purchased a washer/dryer set for the displayed price but found out the next day that I was charged 25% more than the price shown. When I noticed it (the next day when I got my copy of the contract) I called to see what happened. The associate who answered told me that the price displayed was actually last weeks sale price. No biggie except I purchased the set on Thursday (4 days later) and a better set was selling for $100 less than what they were charging me. All I wanted was to get what I purchased for the price marked. I was told by the associate that, "we can't do that.". I asked to speak with the store manager and was told he was on a conference call and that they would see what could be done and call me back. Well it's the end of the day and not a word from anyone. In addition, they screwed up the delivery because I live on Barksdale and informed them I wouldn't be available to sponsor them at the time of delivery. They told me that wouldn't be a problem they deliver on base all the time, well that was a fiasco too. I tried to go up the chain but was told by customer service that the store management has to bring it up the chain and of course no contact from store management. Like I said at the beginning, hope my experience isn't typical but their lack of response and my 20+ years in the service industry tells me this isn't just a fluke.

Went in for a side cart/board. The furniture salesman didn't know what I was talking about. He was friendly. But not very informative. Also, most of what I looked at compared in price to a some of the midrange furniture places in the area. But the quality was very poor.

The customer service was great. As we walked thur the door, u could feel the love in the room. The young lady was very helpful. No pressure to buy anything. Answer all our questions. And that got me to buy something.. Wish there was more sales person like her.

Got pre qualified over the phone, showed up 10 min before they closed and all we had to do is pick out the fridge and stove we wanted. Their a little backed up on deliveries so that was kinda disappointing since the add said next day delivery, but it's understandable given the time of year. Sales associate was great and got us out of there pretty quick.

Great store, great service, great products. The store is set up a little different than the normal. That's what make it interesting. The sales people works one on one with you, sort of like a dealership. I purchased a bedroom, living room, and a TV. I did run into a delivery issue, sofa wasn't available for delivery. The salesman advised of the issue before i purchased. They kept me informed and I got mine the next week. I would recommend this store to anyone, especially with week credit score. I have a low score and was able to get approved.
