Our first experience in this store was amazing. When we walked in, there was someone to welcome us with a big smile. The products where beautiful, clean and organized. Its was great to be able to shop in peace knowing that someone is there when you need them.

Well to start off I just want to say the lady that helped me was beyond nice and did her job well. Now for the issue I have. The advertised monthly payment was $67.00 once I signed the paper work the monthly payment was revealed to be $115.80. I work in the HVAC industry and offer financing on a daily basis I do not give estimated monthly payments when quoting a new ac system I give in stone payment amounts before the customer even runs their credit for approval. I see no reason why this can't be applied here. I have a hard time believing that someone crunched the numbers and figured these amounts were solid estimates. That person needs to be fired or demoted from doing math. A proper estimate would have a -/+ 10.00 change to it if the math is done halfway right. Horrible business practice. So in the end don't try to budget on the advertised monthly payment you will be let down when the final payment amount is double what you were thinking in your head.

My sales lady was helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. She didn't take forever.

The problem that I have is that I received a coupon in my emails for $50 off a purchase over $499 that was not honored, even after calling the home office.

Merchandise was not in store. I was told they would call me and I could pick it up.

I purchased a living room set with Conn’s and Sierra was super helpful and patient! They don’t accept LA Wallet so my transaction had to be postponed another few days while I got my physical copy, but everything went smoothly from there! Overall, super satisfied

I was attempting to process an online order but was having trouble. I immediately got a call from Warren who saw my application. We drove to the store, chose our item and and completed our transaction very quickly. My husband was impressed with the selection in the store as well.

Dee was my sales person. He is a wonderful young man. He met me at the door, helped me find exactly what i was looking for and got me back to work on time. He did not make me feel like a number waiting to be helped. All the staff were a delight and I felt right at home. The selection was amazing as well as the price tags. I will always use Conn's as my first choice for anything I need in the future. It was a great experience and I was impressed by the superior customer service.

My experience was GREAT. My sales associate Penny was very courteous and sweet. The staff greets you when you walk in and that made me comfortable.
