Don’t ever do business with this shady company. The salesman Wade is a terrible salesperson who has to lie just to make a sale. The managers lie just as much to try to cover up for the bad sales team. Save your time and go to Ashley’s, atleast they know how to make a sale without lying.

Came in and talked with Mr. Orlando. Got us approved quickly. Selected what we wanted and we’re gone within 30 mins. Great experience.

Only giving one star becausevI have no lower choice. My wife and I bought a new Washer/Dryer set around DEC 28 th. We purchased delivery, warranty and installation due to me having back problems. Delivery was set for the following Monday. The gentlemen arrived, installed and left, no issues. We used the Washer for two days and began to notice water behind the unit, and after mopping for a while realized we had a leak. Upon inspection we found a leak on the drain hose at the bottom of the unit. Upon calling the service hotline we were able to speak to the crew and they immediately knew our problem. They said they would order the part and set up a repair appointment. After being told last Friday the part would be in that day an appointment for today was scheduled. My wife was notified today that the part is STILL not in. I will never use Conn's again and have reached out to an attorney about voiding the contract due to poor customer service.

The staff is really friendly. Sierra was amazing she explained everything and broke down the payments and protection plans. She is excellent at her job very sweet personality. Will definitely come back!

The hospitality of my Salesperson, Ms Ana was OUTSTANDING! Her professionalism lasted throughout the entire process. Also, I was elated once the Manager came out & greeted me with a smile, after which he asked if there was anything else I needed them to do? I'm a Healthcare Advocate & to notice each employee wearing a face mask was very pleasing. I definitely plan to do business with them again in the future and will tell everyone about my experience.

Melissa was so helpful in helping me finance a refrigerator. She made the process so smooth for me , she was great !

Sales was great and helpful. Delivery process has not gone nearly as smooth as advertised. I have followed all instructions, but “next-day delivery” has turned into “maybe 3 days later delivery” despite there being a pretty clear process. Would give them 5-stars had they kept their delivery promise.

Very kind and helpful workers. Jay took his time and answered all our questions and gave us detailed breakdowns on everything. Definitely recommend going here for your furniture and appliances, and to ask for Jay.

Excellent Customer Service everytime I called! We ordered online and everything was smooth. Not only did they check to ensure everything was in stock, but made sure the prices were correct. The delivery was scheduled for the next day. I spoke with the Shreveport store and spoke with different people who were always helpful! Jamal and Brandon came to deliver! They were Punctual, Professional, and Polite. They brought in our W/D like pros. Set them up, showed me how to operate them. They had to assemble the dining table efficiently and quickly. Our delivery time was 5pm-8Pm and they arrived at 8:15pm and apologized because they had some difficulty at the last delivery. Their attitude and professionalism made up for it. No excuses, just apologized and worked efficiently!! I am very impressed with Conns Shopping, Buying and Delivery process!! Thank you!!
