This is an update. My situation was taken care of by the store manager even though it was the weekend. I've heard great things about them, which is why I went there, and the store manager has confirmed, at least for me, that the great reviews are warranted. As stated earlier, my situation is not typical and was handled professionally and most importantly to my wife's satisfaction. If you do have a problem, and you may because no business is perfect, Conn's will make it right.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. E-signed my lease agreement for me, so that I didn't have a chance to read it. Didn't inform me of how much my payments would be BEFORE they signed my agreement for me. Sign on the fridge said it would cost me $102 A MONTH, when in actuality they wanted me to pay $123 A WEEK!! ( Which would of cost me $7,000 total, for a fridge that sells for $2,300) That's more than a monthly truck payment!

When I told the salesperson, Patrick Wright, to cancel my lease agreement he was very rude and condescending. I told him that for his future customers he needed to inform them how much their payments would be BEFORE the agreement is signed, and that the CUSTOMER should be the one to e-sign the agreement, NOT him. All he was interested in was making a sale. He had no concern for professionalism or his customers.
I use to do a lot of business with Conn's several years ago, but I will definitely NEVER do business with them again. Prices are way too high, and their salespeople are rude and try to be sneaky about the lease agreements they are trying to get people into.

Worse experience ever! Customer service is trash! Everyone on phones. Several no call backs. Was told our freezer would be there the next day. It was not. Kept having to call. No one would return our calls. The only person that seemed to help or know anything was the lady over the delivery department. Finally went to pick up the freezer and they made us wait about 45 minutes. There were no customers even in the store. I honestly have no idea how this business is still open!

Customer service was good. High pressure sales techniques were a bit annoying but, not too bad. HIGH interest rates and prices but if you have bad credit, Conn’s can help build that pretty quickly and they have great products.

I enjoyed Shan Glass the sales consultant that assisted me. She was very helpful and understanding if she didn’t know something she always went to management to make sure she was answering me correctly w any questions or concerns I had. Had it not been for Shan being my consultant I probably would not have purchased because it seemed as if management was too busy or unconcerned w my concerns and treated me as if I should already know the answers to my own questions. They were very non-empathetic and never offered an explanation to anything unless it was asked.

Justin did a great job! He provided concise, consistent, and quality service. Justin and his coworkers displayed a level of professionalism that every company searchers for. In my opinion this man is going places! Conn’s should be thankful to have employees that go the extra mile to provide such quality in customer service. Me and my family look forward to doing business with Conn’s for years to come. Thanks to all Youree Drive Conn’s staff including Justin.

We ordered a TV online, no one had a clue about our online order. The order was not placed. We had to go into the store to get this fixed. They attempted to deliver our TV, the delivery guys were not able to put the TV together. They did not refer to the instructions and messed up the brackets for the legs. They had to take my TV back to the store. I was frustrated, so went into the store myself, picked up my own TV. When I got home, it took less than 10 minutes to get the TV put together. I was definitely not happy about this. If you purchase anything from there, it would be advisable to go directly to the store.

I have had the worst experience of my life with these people. They or Con-artist. The worst of the worst. Every time I called regarding my payoff I got a different answers each time. If I asked for a payment arrangement they put it down as a payment extension to prolong my loan terms then lie and say that I consent to it. When I asked for them to play the tape back of me consenting to the loan nobody would play the tape back for me. Then all of a sudden the payoff amount will change. So whenever, I told them that this is my final call to pay them off and I was not paying over the amount I knew I had to pay (I had my evidence) they told me of a promotion they were having and that I qualified. Wow! Smh! I will never ever spend my money at this place nor recommend anyone else there.
