They are so nice and friendly. The fact that they know about the product they are selling is always a plus. So many nice things to choose from and the pricing / financing is so affordable. The sales manager and the sales representative was very helpful and punctual. I will be shopping there again.

The worst experience ever. I tried to purchase a washer from there cash, the price of the washer was $599, they tried to add $79 on top of the price and tried to tell me it was taxes, then the manager comes gets ugly with me, I walked next door to Lowe’s and purchased one, there was a lady there super nice and offered me to apply for Lowe’s credit card and said that I can get a $100 discount on my purchase over $600, sure I did, I wouldn’t recommend conns to anyone, go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

The absolute worst experience ever. My family has done business with Conn's for well over 15 years and after our experience with this store, we will never shop here again. Myself and another family member haven't had a decent night's sleep in over 4 years due to back issues. The sales rep assured us on Wednesday night that our 2 beds with adjustable frames would be at their store on Friday and we could pick them up along with our free TV any time on Saturday. We rented a uhaul because no Conns location will deliver to Texarkana. Spent over 150 for a uhaul cargo van to pick up my merchandise, get to Shreveport and they inform me my items aren't there and I could probably pick them up the next day. I immediately spoke with the manager letting him no I no wanted advertisements, or any other form of communication from their company ever again. I'm truly appalled at how the situation was handled and the lack of communication and professionalism this location has. I hope their corporate office finds out their employees and management threw out a sale of over $4000. Please consumers, do yourself a favor and shop literally ANYWHERE else besides Conn's (cons)...even if its Salvation Army Thrift Store!

Extremely poor customer service from the manager on down. They blow you up until they get you to make a purchase then avoid your calls. Constantly change your delivery dates. Trey Smith signs documents on behalf of the customer after they have included undisclosed charges on the customers account. Mr. Austin has the associates to screen his calls and respond to the callers by saying he's in a meeting, an interview or helping other customers. Never calls back have been waiting on a call back since Sat and it is now Monday evening. No apologies offered for any inconvenience they causes the customer. Autumn asks a million and 1 questions before she places you on hold like she is really getting someone on the phone for you then just leaves you on hold never comes back to the phone. Very disappointed and will never reccomend this store to anyone!!!

I purchased a Mac Book Pro for my daughter on April 2'2018. After trying upload to you tube a few days later, She was unsuccessful in doing so due to the device. I contact my sales representative to advise her of the issues. From there I contact customer service and they advised me to contact tech support on which I did so. Tech support was unable to find the solution at the time. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to trouble shoot with tech support and was still unsuccessful! The device shunt down on me and would not start back up during the trouble shooting process. By then I was very frustrated and wanted to return the device back to Conn's ! I called customer service to let them know that I was returning the device; however I was told to contact Apple to get confirmation stating the device had a manufacturer issue. Apple was willing to give the statement but when I called back with I spoke with another rep that was stating something contradicting to the previous rep. She stated that I could return the device and pay the restock fee or have Apple to exchange the device. I went to Conn's the following day to return the device and was told that I couldn't because the device was not in working condition. The customer service was very awful! No one seems to communicate with one another. The wait time to speak with a customer service rep was ridiculous! Customer service seem to not be trained on how to handle situation like this because they always placed you on hold to consult with someone else. the store is not knowledgeable on the return procedure and customer service need to be on the same accord! I would never purchase anything else from Conn's ! I will be contacting the BBB as soon as possible !
