Sale lady Melissa she was super sweet.

The customer service representative was very cordial and professional. She took time to explain each detail of the process and step by step, she explained each part to me. I had no qualms with any of the staff I encountered this particular day. I did speak with the manager at the conclusion of my transcation to ensure I understood and we were both on the same page. Great customer service today.

Actually a 4.5. They have a tremendous selection & the clearance area is fantastic. The only negative was the temperature, especially with a mask on. Conn's will be a first stop for my furniture needs.
